The republican committee on ground resources of the Autonomous Republic Crimea carries out work on replacement of certificates on state acts. According to an order of the President of Ukraine, till the end of 2008 it is necessary to replace all certificates with the right to Izemelnuyu a share (share) on the state acts on an ownership right on the land lot.
Today in AR Crimea from 217,4 thousand received certificates 196,9 thousand state acts are issued, from them is handed over to citizens of 171,9 thousand state acts.
Supervising works on replacement of certificates by the state acts, Reskomzem of AR Crimea came to a conclusion, what not all citizens will manage to replace available certificates with the state acts. Among these citizens: died, left out of the borders of Ukraine being in places of imprisonment, etc. Now the Committee created the register of these owners of certificates which for one reason or another can’t replace them with state acts. According to the register of such owners in the republic 15,6 thousand that makes 7,2 % are. Thus, the Crimea can issue and give out 92,8 % of state acts instead of certificates.
