About the statement of forms of documents, providing information and the report for implementation of the state support of production of plant growing on irrigated lands in 2008

Article is devoted to the Order of the Minister of an agrarian policy of Ukraine from 17.05.2008g. No. 309 regulating a procedure of the state support of production of plant growing on irrigated lands. Samples of the application for payment of compensation of cost of the electric power and fuel, not polzovanny crops for watering, the magazine of devices of the accounting of processed time for internal combustion engines of pump installation (The dozhdevalny car) are presented.

In response to the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from April 9, 2008 of No. 345 About the statement of the Order of use in 2008 of means, predusmotyorenny in the government budget for gosudarstvenyony support of production of a rasteniyevodyostvo on irrigated zemlyax1 I ORDER:

1. To approve the enclosed:

• an application form which submits the selskokhozyaystvenyony enterprise to the commission on payment of compensation of cost of the electric power and/or fuel, ispolzoyovanny crops for watering, for the corresponding period of 2008;

• a form of the magazine of devices of the account fulfilled vreme­ni (in motochasax) on an internal combustion engine of pump installation (The dozhdevalny car);

• a form of a log-book of the agricultural predyopriyatiya which have submitted the application for payment to a kompenyosatsiya of cost elektroenergii2;

• a form of a log-book of the agricultural predyopriyatiya which have submitted the application for payment to a kompenyosatsiya of cost topliva2;

• a form of the register of agricultural enterprises by which payment of compensation of a stoiyomost elektroenergii2 is provided;

• a form of the register of agricultural enterprises by which payment of compensation of a stoiyomost topliva2 is provided;

• a form of submission of information on the selskokhozyayyostvenny enterprises to which the cost kompenyosatsiya elektroenergii2 is paid;

• a form of submission of information on the selskokhozyayyostvenny enterprises to which the cost kompenyosatsiya topliva2 is paid;

• form of the Annual report on payment to the selskokhozyayyostvenny enterprises of compensation of cost elektroenergii2;

• form of the Annual report on payment to the selskokhozyayyostvenny enterprises of compensation of cost of fuel.
