In response to the paragraph of the fourth point 5 of Provision on an order of collection and the accounting of the fixed selskokhozyaysyotvenny tax approved by the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from April 23, 1999 of No. 638 and for the purpose of providing uniform methodology at definition of playotelshchik of the fixed agricultural tax

I ORDER:

1. To approve enclosed Calculation of specific weight of the income of realization of agricultural production of sobstvenyony production and products of its processing in the general sum­me a gross income of the enterprise for the previous fiscal (tax) year (further – Calculation).

2. To recognize as become invalid the order of the Ministry of agyorarny policy of Ukraine from 12.01.07 No. 6 "About an utverzhdeyoniya of Methodical recommendations for determination of udelyyony weight of the income of realization of production rural and fishery of own production and produk­tov its processings in total amount of a gross income a predyopriyatiya for the previous fiscal (tax) year" (with izyomeneniye).
