Grants are approved

Resolutions KMU are considered: Questions of use of means of the government budget according to some budgetary programs in the sphere of agro-industrial complex No. 243 from 02.03.2006 and About the statement of the Order of use in 2006 of means of the government budget which are allocated for financial support of production of plant growing by a dating way with No. 239 from 02.03.2006

1. The government of Ukraine approved an order of use of the budgetary funds directed for financial support of production of cattle-breeding production. No. 243 is told about it from 02.03.2006g in the resolution KMU Questions of use of means of the government budget according to some budgetary programs in the sphere of agro-industrial complex.

According to the document, compensation for 1 kg of live weight of cattle and a bird, handed over for processing, makes:

– for cattle young growth – 1,40 UAH. (in 2005 – 1,30 UAH.);

– for pigs (except for sows and male pigs) – 1,05 UAH. (in 2005 – 1 UAH.);

– for broilers, a weft, geese, turkey-cocks – 0,45 UAH. (in 2005 – 0,30 UAH.).

For receiving partial compensation the minimum mass of one animal at delivery for processing should make:

– KRS young growth for the agricultural producers being legal entities – 390 kg, individuals – 300 kg;

– pigs (except for sows and male pigs) for legal entities – 95-130 kg, for individuals – 95-200 kg.

The size of grants to producers of the non-polluting milk which has been handed over for development of special products of baby food – 250 UAH/t of production in test weight (at level of last year) is approved as the same order.

2. The cabinet council adopted the Resolution from March 2 2006 g.# 239 "About the statement of the Order of use in 2006 of means of the government budget which are allocated for financial support of production of plant growing by a dating way".

This document provided the direction of means in the sum of 1050 million UAH. on financial support of plant growing by dating on hectare of crops of winter and summer agricultural cultures, including what are grown up on irrigated lands on the crop’s eve of 2006.

Thus, irrespective of an organizational and legal form of managing and form of ownership, support will be received by agricultural enterprises which are engaged in commodity production of plant growing and sew winter and summer crops, received their shoots with observance of agrotechnical, technological conditions and carry out watering of agricultural cultures.

Order of providing grants for plant growing production the following:

·        100 úÓ¡./hectare – for crops of winter crops (wheat, tritikale, a rye, barley and a rape);

·        65 úÓ¡./hectare – for crops of summer cultures (wheat, barley, oats, peas, corn, a soya, a rape (kolza), a buckwheat, millet, rice);

·        380 úÓ¡./hectare – for crops of flax-dolguntsa, hemp;

·        53 úÓ¡./hectare – for crops at cultivation on irrigated lands winter (wheat, tritikale, a rye, barley, a rape) and summer cultures (wheat, barley, oats, peas, corn, a soya, a rape (kolza), a buckwheat, millet, rice);

·        53 úÓ¡./hectare – for crops at cultivation of other agricultural cultures on irrigated lands.
