Harvesting – the responsible period in a production activity of each agricultural enterprise as efficiency of economic activity considerably depends on the organization of carrying out a harvest.
Preparation and carrying out a harvest should be accompanied by development of organizational actions which would include a question of effective labor organization and formation of the motivational mechanism for quality and quantitative indices of work. In particular, cleaning grain in a short time at the minimum losses of production needs the accurate organization of work of everything involved in this difficult engineering procedure. Each worker occupied on cleaning of grain crops previously should be acquainted with a production (seasonal) target, working conditions and rest, the work schedule, conditions and the amount of material stimulation.
Development of such actions is especially actual in modern conditions of housekeeping when in large part the enterprises don’t suffice necessary means and qualified personnel of machine operators.
Considering importance of carrying out harvesting of grain crops in a short time and without superfluous losses, a mode of work and rest of workers, conditions and the size of their compensation at the enterprises of all organizational and legal forms of ownership should be defined by the actual conditions and ways of carrying out harvest works, character xlebostoya, available special grain-harvesting equipment, vehicles etc.
Base for compensation calculation on harvesting are norms and situation on the compensation, defined in the collective agreement.
In turn established norms can’t be lower, than is provided by the Industry agreement signed between the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, branch associations of the enterprises and Trade union of employees of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine for 2006-2008.
SECTION 1. ORGANIZATION AND COMPENSATION BASES ON CLEANING OF GRAIN CROPS
Forms and systems of compensation, performance standards, the enterprise establishes tariff categories, price-work quotations, conditions of introduction and the sizes of extra charges, surcharges, awards and other stimulating compensations independently, proceeding from standards of the current legislation and the Industry agreement, connecting payment with resulting effects of work of the worker and the enterprise as a whole.
The main criteria of motivation and work incentives of agricultural workers on harvesting grain are indicators of timely and high-quality cleaning, level of the reached productivity, gross collecting, performance of a seasonal task etc.
1.1. Determination of the sizes of a salary and norms of work to the workers occupied on cleaning of grain crops
The basis of establishment of the sizes of a salary and standards of labor productivity to workers on cleaning of grain crops of a crop of 2008 is made by the minimum state and branch guarantees on compensation, a scale of charges, conditions and the amount of material stimulation defined by the collective agreement of the enterprise, tariff categories of works and standard of labor productivity.
In the Industry agreement between the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, branch associations of the enterprises and trade union of employees of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine for 2006-2008 the minimum guaranteed size of a tariff rate of the worker which performs simple work that doesn’t demand qualification, at the self-supporting enterprises since April 1, 2008 not less than 614 UAH is established. for completely executed monthly norm of work and the minimum guaranteed size of a tariff rate of working I category of 630 UAH. counting on a month; 3,76 UAH. for hour.
Standard of the Industry agreement also are the minimum guaranteed sizes of hour tariff rates of separate categories of employees of agricultural enterprises and factors of interdigit ratios. The minimum guaranteed sizes of hour tariff rates defined in it for tractor operators-drivers make a basis for calculation of price-work quotations for workers who work on cleaning of grain crops (tab. 1.1)

The necessary requirement for definition of conditions and the sizes of compensation on cleaning of grain crops is establishment of the tariff category of work and reasonable norms of work on each type of works. Tariff categories of works are defined in „The directory on tariffing of the mechanized and manual operations in rural, water and forestry”. On the mechanized works tariff categories of works are differentiated on three groups of tractors. The same work can be rated by different categories depending on to what group of tractors and self-propelled cars the mechanisms by which harvest works are carried out belong. Loaders and other cars are included in the I group with similar engine capacity wheel a tractor of a class of draft to 1,4t and capacity to 58,8 kW, and also; to II – a tractor of a class of draft from 1,4 to 3,0t (inclusive) and engine capacity: the caterpillar – to 73,5 kW, wheel – from 58,8 to 95,5 kW; excavators with capacity of a ladle to 0, 65 m3 inclusive, and also bulldozers, loaders, combines and other self-propelled cars with the same engine capacity; to III – a tractor of a class of draft from above 3,0t and engine capacity: the caterpillar – 73,6 kW and above, wheel – 95,6 kW and above, excavators with capacity of a ladle over 0,66 m3, and also bulldozers, loaders, combines and other cars with the same engine capacity.
For example, the skashivaniye of Wicca, peas and other cultures valkovy harvesters as a part of the unit and universal harvesters which are included into the I group, is rated by the 4th category, and that is included into the II group – the 5th category.
Standards of labor productivity on all types of the mechanized and manual operations contain in standard collections „Tipov_ to norm produktivnosti cars i vitrat watering on zbiranni s_lskogospodarsky cultures” and „Tipov_ to norm produktivnosti on k_nno-ruchny robots at roslinnictv i”, developed by the Ukrainian research institution of productivity of agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine and published in 2005. Tariff categories of works also are provided in them.
In the collection „Tipov_ to norm produktivnosti cars i vitrat watering on zbiranni s_lskogospodarsky cultures” is provided that at establishment of standard of productivity the duty of the tractor operator-driver occupied on cleaning of grain crops, except the main work, include monthly maintenance and other preparatory and final works, control of crop unloading, quality check of work, adjustment, cleaning of working bodies of the unit throughout change. The harvest unit shouldn’t stand idle in the absence of transport etc.
Before the beginning of cleaning by an express method define differentsiyorovanny normoobrazuyushchy factors – productivity and a culture solomistost. Establish standard of productivity concerning brand of the combine and width of capture taking into account a way (selection of wolves or a direct kombaynirovaniye) and technologies of cleaning of not grain part of a crop further.
Standards of productivity and fuel consumption are calculated on normal conditions of cleaning of the upright not littered crops which have konditsionny humidity (16-18 %) grain weight.
If grain crops upright, pure from weeds and humidity of grain weight makes 10-20 %, norms aren’t corrected.
If cleaning of grain crops is carried out in difficult conditions (the polegly and littered grain crops, with the increased humidity of vegetative weight etc.), at calculation of norms it is necessary to apply correction factors.
For specification of norms it is necessary to use such formulas:

where Np – standard of productivity which answers concrete severe conditions of cleaning; Oil refinery – the standard of the productivity approved in an economy taking into account constants and differentiated normoobrazuyushchy factors; Quarter z – the general correction factor that considers at the same time humidity of vegetative weight and its contamination; Kp – correction factor which considers polegloststeblestoya.
When cleaning polegly grain productivity of combines decreases because combine operators should reduce working speed in places of a poleglost of plants.
Standard of productivity on cleaning of the polegly grain specify by means of correction factor and determine by a formula:

The correction factor on a poleglost of a field equals:

If the polegly grain are mown in are shaky, at their selection and thresh productivity of the combine also decreases and determined by a formula:

In case of cleaning of the damp and littered crops standard of productivity specify by means of the incorporated correction factor (tab. 1.2).

For example, at the enterprise for normal conditions on a skashivaniye of grain grains in valkiagregaty MTZ-80s harvester ZhVN-6,4s the accounting of character xlebostoya on the III group of a field established replaceable standard of productivity – 19,2 hectares. Before the beginning of harvest works at inspection of the areas the statement that humidity of vegetative weight (nr) exceeds normal is drawn up and makes 19 %, a contamination (e) – 35 %, and a solomistost (ds)-1,3.
According to the act the standard of productivity should be modified on a formula: Np = × Kv. Oil Refinery z, (19,2 ga× 0,88 =16,89 hectares).

If steblestoypolegly, damp and littered, at first define the general factor on humidity and a contamination (Quarter z.), and then factor on a poleglost (Kp). Standard of productivity established from the collection correct on smaller value of one of factors. To make at the same time two amendments to norm it is impossible, as the increased humidity and zasorennostzernovy reduces capacity of a thresher, and poleglostogranichivaet high-quality work of a harvester and leads to decrease in working speed of the combine. Therefore, existence poleglostisnizhaet also predetermines working speed capacity of a thresher which would be at the increased humidity, a zasorennostiya on the contrary.
For example, according to the act the area polegly steblestoya makes 45 %, according to Kn. – 0,92. In this case at establishment of standard of productivity Quarter z – 0,88 is applied, and the standard of productivity on the concrete area will equal 16,89 hectares.
1.2. Labor organization on cleaning of grain crops
For all workers who are in labor relations with the employer, including the grain crops occupied on harvesting, on the basis of the Directory of qualifying characteristics, vip. 2 To S_lska a hospodariate that pov’yazani z it poslugi, develops working instructions where tasks, duties, the rights and responsibility of workers are defined.
The qualifying characteristics placed in the directory, are normative documents. If there is a need, a task and duties which are included in the standard qualifying characteristic of this or that profession, can be distributed between certain performers or the circle of tasks and duties of certain workers can be expanded with an assignment to them the works provided for different groups of professions, equal on the complexity which performance doesn’t demand other qualification.
As qualifying characteristics of tractor operators-drivers of agricultural production contain only the main or standard tasks and duties, the employer can supplement working instructions with requirements of works which are a part of technological cards, instructions, other normative documents and are defined by the employment contract under condition of performance of rules of labor protection, sanitary standards and works safety requirements.
Working instructions and changes to them are coordinated with trade-union committee, and after their approval by the director are led up to the worker on receipt.
The organization of harvests begins with definition of a seasonal task to each crew working at harvesters, and combine operators which is developed proceeding from the actual area of cleaning, productivity of combines, specific productivity, optimum terms of harvesting of grain crops and available harvest equipment. At definition of a seasonal task it is considered that grain crops clean one or two ways – a direct or separate kombaynirovaniye. At a separate way are shaky select and thresh self-propelled combines with a sorter in 2-7 days after a skashivaniye.
As a rule, a direct kombaynirovaniye clean cultures upright and pure, with podseyanny long-term herbs, and also undersized and rarefied, but not littered. A way of movement of the units, accepted at calculation of norms at length gona to 300 m – around, and at length gona over 300 m – zagonny.
For example, the total harvested acreage grain (without corn) at the enterprise makes 960 hectares, from them is provided to thresh 360 hectares from wolves. Available means: Field SK-5 combines – 1 unit, JohnDeere-9500 combines – 2, Mega-208 – 2, "Yenisei-1200" – 2, KPS-5G – 1, harvesters ZhVS-6 – 1, ZhRB-4,2 – 2, ZhVN-6A – 2 units. Considering all above-stated conditions, at the enterprise seven crews of machine operators by which the seasonal task for the period of the harvest works which example is given in tab. 1.4 is developed are created.

Before establishment of a seasonal task form crews of tractor operators-drivers taking into account their qualification, psychological combining jobs etc., the task which in the course of harvests can be corrected is established to each crew.
Considering need of carrying out harvest works in optimum terms at available technical base and a manpower, as a rule, at the enterprises in a harvest-time of work last for all light day. Therefore the great value has establishment of a mode of work and rest with observance of standards of the current legislation on work. At impossibility of ensuring normal duration of a shift the most optimum option is introduction of the summarized accounting of working hours.
Point 5.6. the existing Industry agreement it is defined that in connection with features of production at the agrarian and industrial complexes separate enterprises the summarized accounting of working hours can be applied. The sphere of its application – production divisions, the enterprise as a whole, duration of the registration period – month, quarter, year, an order of introduction is established by the relevant Situation (addition to the collective agreement).
Minagropolitiki Ukrainy, the Central Committee of trade union of employees of agrarian and industrial complex of Ukraine and scientific research institute "Ukragropromproizvoditelnost" are developed and given out „Rekomenyodayots i ї shhodo zastosuvannya osoblivy rezhimiv praci on p_dpri¾mstvo of a s_lsky hospodariate, in yaky zaznacheno an order that sferuїx zastosuvannya”.
During the developing and the conclusion of the collective agreement the list of production divisions and categories of workers which will work in a mode of the summarized accounting of working hours is in accordance with the established procedure coordinated, and also for each division and category of workers duration of the registration period is noted.
At calculation of duration of the registration period (norm of time) at introduction of summarized working hours it is expedient to use standards of duration of working hours which are annually developed by the Ministry of Labour and social policy of Ukraine. In addition to the letter of Ministry of Labor of Ukraine from October 4, 2005 of No. 7881/0/14-05/036-15 annual standards of duration of working hours at 40-hour working week in 2008 make 2011 hours.
At coordination of divisions which will work in a mode of the summarized accounting of working hours, and terms of the registration period in the section The work and rest mode collective agreement is established the corresponding norm, for example, in a mode of the annual summarized accounting of working hours throughout action of this collective agreement employees of shop of plant growing, motor transportation shop, the repair shop, the mechanized current, the granary work.
The following stage is definition of an order of application of the summarized accounting of working hours, in particular concerning the schedule of the working day.
At the summarized accounting of working hours the schedule of the working day and graphics of working in shifts which are developed always when duration of daily work or the days off provided to workers aren’t stable, should be constructed so that working hours which the worker for the registration period should fulfill, answered established by the legislation and the collective agreement to norm of working hours that falls on this period.
Time of the beginning and the completion of daily work (change) and rest for every month is provided by Rules of the internal labor schedule. The calculated norm of working hours should be realized by an appearance at work way according to the schedule according to the current legislation of Ukraine.
In case of application of a mode of the summarized accounting of working hours at the expense of increase in duration of working hours throughout the working day (change) the days off to workers are provided in different days of the week serially to each group of workers according to the working in shifts schedule.
If the working day of such worker according to the schedule is necessary on festive or the day off, work for this day pay according to the current legislation.
Important question at introduction of the summarized accounting of working hours is establishment of the maximum duration of working hours in hard agricultural works. The general standard-right act in the current legislation of Ukraine which would define an order of application of the summarized accounting of working hours, including duration of the working day (change), no.
So far in Ukraine separate regulations of the former USSR by which the order of use of a mode of the summarized accounting of working hours is regulated continue to operate. In particular, the Resolution of Council of ministers of the USSR from May 24, 1962 of No. 475 About a mode of working hours of employees of state farms and other state enterprises of agricultural industry provided possibility of establishment of a mode of the summarized accounting of working hours for the workers occupied in plant growing at the state enterprises. In particular, the registration period of work of this category of workers is calendar year. The increase in duration of work of this category of workers till 10 o’clock in day in hard field works is compensated by reduction of duration of work during other periods. Action of noted resolution extends on the state enterprises. For all other types of the enterprises of standard of noted resolution concerning restriction of the maximum duration of a shift can be used as reference points when developing the section A work and rest mode collective agreement or Provision on the summarized accounting of working hours, as additions to the collective agreement.
On the basis of the foregoing in plant growing at establishment of a mode of the summarized accounting of working hours at the enterprises of all forms of ownership it is expedient to use norm of noted postanovlyoeniye with establishment of the annual summarized accounting of working hours with restriction of the maximum duration of work in day till 10 o’clock.
As in agricultural industry the operating mode of the drivers occupied on transportation of agricultural production, employees of repair shops, warehouses and other subsections that serve plant growing, depends on an operating mode of tractor operators-drivers, for them it is also expedient to establish the annual summarized accounting of working hours.
At introduction of the summarized accounting of working hours duration of work for day can deviate in certain borders the working day of normal duration that the norm of working hours established by the law was sustained for a certain registration period (month, quarter, year). The maximum duration of the working day in hard field works or for separate categories of workers is established in the collective agreement. Respectively time of the beginning and the completion of daily work (change) is provided by rules of the internal labor schedule and working in shifts schedules.
Need of definition for the collective agreement of the maximum duration of the working day (change) is caused by legislative restriction of overtime works. When scheduling working in shifts it is necessary to consider that according to Art. 62 the Labour Code of Ukraine overtime works, as a rule, aren’t allowed.
If at the enterprise excess accepted in the collective agreement for the corresponding period of the maximum duration of the working day is allowed, this time is considered overtime. The Labour Code of Ukraine (Art. 62 65) accurately regulates application of the limiting amount of overtime works and an order of their restriction.
As the exception of the general rule according to which overtime work over the established duration of daily work admits, at the summarized accounting of working hours overtime is considered also work a lot of working hours for the registration period (Art. 61 the Labour Code).
Business hours that exceed the working hours provided in the registration period, are considered as the overtime. Overtime works shouldn’t exceed for each worker of four hours for two days in a row, 120 hours in a year.
For example, at the enterprise in the collective agreement for the production divisions transferred to the annual summarized accounting of working hours, the annual norm of working hours makes 2002 hours, and the maximum duration of the working day in hard agricultural works is prolonged to 10 hours. If during the separate periods there was a need for work lengthening outside of a shift, for two days (changes) in a row duration of working hours can’t exceed 24 hours, and in a year the general duration of working hours taking into account overtime works – 2131 hour. Overtime works can be carried out only with the permission of elected body of trade union.
Work over the established norm of working hours at the summarized accounting of working hours can’t be compensated for the registration period by reduction of duration of working hours in the next registration period. Such work should be paid for the norms established for overtime works.
To exceptional cases which grant the right to apply overtime works in agricultural industry according to noted article of the law, it is possible to carry: prevention of public or elemental disaster, production failure and immediate elimination of their consequences, if necessary to finish the begun work which as a result of unforeseen circumstances or a casual delay for technical reasons productions couldn’t be finished in normal working hours when the termination can lead it to damage or death of the state-owned or public property, and also in case of necessary urgent repair of cars, machines or other equipment when malfunction causes them a stop of works for a significant amount of workers.
For agricultural enterprises it is possible to refer harvesting to such works in optimum terms according to a certain seasonal task which as a result of unforeseen circumstances, in particular climatic conditions or a casual delay for technical reasons, weren’t finished in normal working hours and for other objective reasons.
If in the collective agreement of the enterprise the summarized accounting of working hours isn’t provided, duration of daily work should answer the duration provided by Art. 52 the Labour Code of Ukraine.
At introduction at the enterprise of the annual summarized accounting of working hours the great value has the correct accounting of time actually fulfilled for the registration period. Considering that standard annual working hours, in particular 2011 hours for 2008, include also time of the main holidays, at the actual calculation of the hours fulfilled for the registration period (year), time of stay of workers on holiday according to the schedule needs to be added till time actually fulfilled in a year.
To workers, whom for a year for good reasons (sick-lists, study with a separation from production, conscription etc.) didn’t work a certain period, annual standard working hours (2011 hours) at the actual accounting of summarized annual time for such workers are corrected for unfinished time for the objective reasons.
If for the reasons independent of the worker (climatic conditions, lack of necessary material resources etc.) works weren’t carried out, it is necessary to make out such time as idle time not because of the worker and to set off by the registration period. Payment for an idle time is according to the current legislation.
At acceptance or dismissal of workers for a year from production divisions which work in a mode of the annual summarized accounting of working hours, the standard registration period and a standard time is time for the actual period of work, proceeding from monthly norm of working hours.
The primary accounting of appearance at work and fulfilled time is carried out in the Sheet of the accounting of working hours (f. No. 64). It is made in one copy for a month separately on production divisions and categories of the working. For each worker in the sheet take away a separate line in which write down number of the fulfilled hours, conditional letters note the absence from work reasons, for example days off or holidays – "VP", days of an illness – "B", business trip – "SV", holiday – "OO" etc.
For tractor operators-drivers for the accounting of the executed works the Registration leaf of the tractor operator-driver (f by No. 67) in which near data on types and amounts of completed work, fuel consumption the fulfilled hours on performance of concrete works are considered, besides, is conducted. The monthly summarized data of the fulfilled hours and days should answer on each worker to the working hours which have been written down in the Sheet of the accounting of working hours.
1.3. Definition of tariff rates, price-work quotations of idopolnitelny payment on harvesting of grain crops
The scale of charges at the enterprise is developed for workers with observance of standards of the existing Industry agreement and is accepted in the collective agreement.
Proceeding from the tariff rates accepted at the enterprise and norms of work, according to conditions of the collective agreement two types of quotations can be established: per unit of output in tons or per unit of output and hectare of the cleaned area (in this case it is expedient to direct 60-80 % of fund of compensation for calculation of a quotation for the threshed ton of grain). On works at a skashivaniye in valkisdelny quotations pay off for 1 hectare.
Quotations are necessary for calculating before the beginning of mass harvesting when there is a possibility with sufficient accuracy to define productivity, and consequently, and seasonal norm of work on separate types of harvest units, including by carrying out control obmolotov.
Basis for definition of a price-work quotation is the size of an hour tariff rate of the corresponding category of work. By point 6.18 of the existing Industry agreement it is provided that to certain highly skilled workers who are occupied on especially important, responsible works, in collective agreements the raised tariff rates decide on interdigit factors to 2,7 to a tariff rate of the worker of Irazryada of the corresponding type of work or a profession.
Considering that cleaning grain is especially important and responsible work and for the purpose of observance of interdigit ratios, it is recommended for definition of an hour tariff rate for works which are rated by the V category, a tariff rate of the working I category of a scale of charges of tractor operators-drivers to raise on factor 2,3, and works which are rated by the VI category – on factor 2,7. The example of calculation of an hour tariff rate and tariff earnings for day norm of work is given in tab. 1.5.

Besides, it is traditional on cleaning grain the recommended increased payment in the first days of mass collecting is applied. Compensation of tractor operators-drivers which carry out replaceable norms of work on an obmolachivaniye grain in the first 10 days, and on a skashivaniye grain in are shaky in the first seven days of mass cleaning, it is recommended to carry out on the quotations increased by 60 %, other workers – for 15 %.
At default of norms of work during this period, and also in other limited days of harvesting of grain crops compensation is recommended to be carried out on the quotations, increased by 30 %.
Concrete limited calendar terms (in days) on which the raised quotations on harvesting are established, are defined in an economy depending on existence of cars and shots of machine operators within the optimum terms established for the corresponding cultures.
The raised quotations on harvesting according to the decision of the head (the owner, board) agricultural enterprise and trade-union committee can be reduced or not be applied at all at decrease in quality of harvest works or production deterioration because of the worker.

On thresh grain and leguminous crops of the enterprise independently define norm of work for which salary charge is carried out: per unit of output in tons or per unit of output and hectare of the cleaned area.
Charge of payment for the threshed ton is more widespread, the example of such calculation is given in tab. 1.7.

P R and m e h and N and e. The given calculations of price-work quotations can be used only as reference points for establishment at the enterprise of price-work quotations taking into account specific conditions of harvesting of grain crops.
Application of progressively growing quotations when price-work quotations grow in proportion to increase namolota with 1 hectare compared with the productivity defined control obmoloty is effective. The existing Industry agreement grants the right to the enterprises to apply such system of compensation, in particular by paragraph 3 of item 6.6 is defined that the fund of compensation increases according to the conditions established in the collective agreement, but not less than by 1 % for each percent of a growth in volumes of production. At the enterprises in collective agreements the highest guarantees can be established.

When for mass harvesting in connection with production need for work on combines appoint assistants to tractor operators-drivers who have the certificate of the tractor operator-driver, payment of their work is recommended to be carried out at a rate of not less than 85 % of earnings of tractor operators-drivers which work at combines. The separate enterprises form crews as a part of two combine operators and total on 100 % of an appropriate salary for everyone.
Compensation of the tractor operators-drivers occupied on bringing straw, and drivers on bringing grains from the combine it is recommended to carry out at a rate of 80 % from average payment of combine operators which are served by the specified workers.
According to standards of the existing Industry agreement is provided to establish the guaranteed surcharges and extra charges to tariff rates: for intensity of work – 12 %, for great professional skills on works of the V category – 20 %, the VI category – 24 %.
To tractor operators-drivers I a class the guaranteed extra charge at a rate of 20 %, II a class of-10 % of a tariff rate is established, to drivers I a class respectively – 25 %, II a class – 10 % of a tariff rate (salary). The Klassnost is established by the qualifying commission which is created by order of the owner of the enterprise or the body authorized by it.
At compensation of the workers occupied on cleaning of grain crops, it is necessary to consider that according to existing Industry agreement for work surcharge at a rate of 40 % of an hour tariff rate (salary) at night is established, night it is considered time from 10 hours of evening to 6 hours of morning. For work in the evening (with 18 to 22 hours) surcharge at a rate of 20 % of an hour tariff rate (salary) for each business hour is established in the evening.
For example, the combine operator who worked at cleaning of winter wheat by a direct kombaynirovaniye with straw crushing by the Yenisei-1200 combine, SKD-6 (PUN-6), it agrees with a registration leaf of the tractor operator-driver (f. No. 67) fulfilled 91 hour, from them 28 hours in the evening. Its earnings on an hour tariff rate for this period make 1192 UAH. (91 hours x 13,10 UAH.). Therefore, except the added payment on price-work or progressively growing quotations, the combine operator it is necessary to add obligatory surcharges and the extra charges defined by the Industry agreement:
– for intensity – 12 % (1192 x 0,12 = 143,04 UAH.)
– for great professional skills – 24 % (1192x 0,24 = 286,08 UAH.)
– for a klassnost (the I class) – 20 % (1192 x 0,2 = 238,4 UAH.)
– for work in the evening – 20 % (28 hours x 11,02 x 0,20 = 73,36 UAH.).
Total amount of noted surcharges and extra charges makes 740,88 UAH.
As well as on performance of other works, works on cleaning of grain crops in festive and the day off according to Art. 107 the Labour Code of Ukraine is paid in the double size: to pieceworkers – on double price-work quotations; to the workers which work is paid for hour or day rates – at a rate of the double sentry or a day rate. Payment in the established size is carried out in the hours which have been actually fulfilled in festive and the day off.
At will of the worker who worked in festive and the day off, can be provided to it other day of rest.
Aforementioned surcharges and the increased payment it is carried out and for workers who work in a mode of the summarized accounting of working hours.
At introduction at the enterprise of the summarized accounting of working hours or It is necessary to include regulations on compensation in the section of the collective agreement "Compensation" and features of compensation at application of such mode of work. In particular, according to Art. 106 the Labour Code in case of the summarized accounting of working hours are paid as the overtime all hours fulfilled over established working hours in the registration period.
If on agricultural enterprise the registration period by duration is introduced year, at the end of every month total to workers the salary established to them according to with operating terms of payment of work: charge of the main salary, surcharges and extra charges, including for work in night and an evening, festive and the days off etc., and upon termination of the registration period, in the presence of an overtime, pay overtime work according to the current legislation.
Overall performance on cleaning grain considerably depends on additional material stimulation. Except noted payment, the enterprise according to conditions of the collective agreement establish other types of additional payment. In particular, an effective type of material stimulation is establishment of additional payment for an overfulfillment of replaceable performance standards or seasonal tasks. The separate enterprises work which is carried out qualitatively over the established replaceable norm, pay for the double or raised quotations.
Effectively practice of stimulation for performance of a seasonal task in certain terms recommended. The example of such stimulation is given in tab. 1.9.

At stimulation of machine operators on harvesting it is expedient to give special attention to interest of workers in reduction of losses and harvesting improvement of quality. For this purpose it is possible to apply additional payments for decrease in losses of grain compared with control the obmoloty. Control indicators of productivity (on the basis of acts of control and actual productivity) and the amount of surcharge establish at each enterprise taking into account specific conditions.
Agricultural enterprises of all forms of ownership, except noted payment, can apply awarding for separate indicators of work. The award sum, defined to one worker for performance of certain indicators of work, isn’t limited the maximum sizes.
SECTION 2. COMPENSATION of the Workers OCCUPIED ON PROCESSING of ON GRAIN CURRENTS
The complex of works on harvesting of grain crops includes not only cleaning, but also grain processing on zernoochistitelny units, manual operations on currents. Therefore for workers who work at noted works, it is important to define also effective forms and compensation systems.
Now the most widespread unit on purification of grain is zernoochistitelny units ZAV-20, ZAV-40 which are served by the driver.
Compensation of the driver which serves ZAV-20, ZAV-40, SZM-50, is carried out on III to the category of a scale of charges of tractor operators-drivers, that is 36,95 UAH. for the executed norm, and if productivity of the line over 20 t/hours – according to the IV category of a scale of charges of tractor operators-drivers – 41,57 UAH. for the executed norm. Performance standards are developed on a seven-hour shift from calculation of an exit of production after the processing calculated in tons.
The example of calculation of price-work quotations on purification of grain and on currents is given in tab. 2.1 and 2.2.

On noted in tab. 2.1 and 2.2 works for the purpose of stimulation of high-efficiency work it is expedient to introduce additional stimulation. In particular, compensation charge for the work executed over replaceable norm to carry out on the raised quotations.
After end and at high-quality performance of work it is expedient to workers to establish additional stimulation, for example, to total an award at a rate of 15-20 % from the salary received on noted works.
SECTION 3. WAGES IN KIND ON HARVESTING
According to the current legislation of Ukraine at will of workers in the collective agreement of the enterprise partial payment of a salary by nature can be established.
At the solution of this question each enterprise should leave specific conditions and own economic possibilities. Production level of production, ensuring requirements of a social production, reasonable need of workers for this or that type of production, enterprise specialization etc. should be the main criteria at determination of the sizes of natural fund.
The law of Ukraine „About vnesennya zmindo statti to Ukra§ni’s 23 Law „About oplatuprac i” from February 21, 2006 of No. 3446-VI the amount of partial payment of the added salary by nature no more than 30 % added in a monetary form, at the prices which don’t exceed product cost is limited.
Order of formation of fund of wages in kind, ratio between monetary and natural forms of payments, the list of types of production, by which payments will be carried out (except forbidden by the current legislation), the prices for naturproduktsiya charge, payment terms naturoplaty are established in the collective agreement (The provision on compensation).
