Since January 1, 2009, in connection with Resolution KMU coming into effect from 03.12.08 of No. 1050, payers of charge for environmental pollution change expect.
1. It is necessary to pay for superlimit pollution more expensively. In case of excess of the approved limits of dumpings and placement of a waste or at their absence – charge for pollution should be paid in the 10-fold size (now – in the 5-fold size).
2. The reporting and collecting payment – not always in a place of tax accounting of the payer. Today platelyyoshchik submit tax calculation to body of GNS and pay collecting in a place of the tax registration (stay on tax accounting in bodies of GNS).
