In this article the explanation about establishment of terms of payment of pensions in 2009 is given.

The main task of the Pension fund of Ukraine in 2009 is ensuring stability of pension payments and improvement of quality of service of pensioners.
According to a part 1 of article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory state pension insurance" from 09.07.2003 of No. the 1058-Ivpensiya should be paid monthly in time not later than the 25th date for which the pension is paid.
For the purpose of preservation of stability of payments and prevention of violation of terms of payment since January 1, 2009 is provided to establish and fix accurate terms of payments of pension.
Date of payment of pension of pensioners will be determined by the following criteria:
Ø The first stage is pensioners who promote to pension on standards of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (disabled veterans, participants of operations, persons who have special merits before the Homeland, members of families of victims), that is those categories of pensioners which according to an order of the President of Ukraine from 16.07.1997 No. 1-14/488 have the right of prime payment of pension.
Ø The second turn is persons who are on complete state providing.
Ø The third turn – pensioners who have increase to participants of war and according to the Law of Ukraine About victims of nazi prosecutions.
Ø The fourth turn – recipients of pensions in connection with loss of the supporter.
Ø The fifth turn – disabled children, disabled people of the first, second, third groups of disability.
Ø The sixth turn – persons who receive pension for special merits in front of Ukraine.
Ø The seventh turn – the persons promoting to pension, as the citizens who have unreasonably tested political repressions and subsequently rehabilitated and members of their families, compulsorily moved (the item "g" of Art. 77 of the Law of Ukraine About provision of pensions), and also pensioners by whom increase under the Law of Ukraine About social protection of children of war is appointed.
Ø The eighth turn – all other categories of recipients of pensions which don’t work.
Ø In the last turn payment dates for working recipients of pensions are established.
Also at establishment of sequence date of birth of the recipient of pension – from advanced age to more younger will be considered.
For pensioners who receive pension through establishments of banks, datavyplaty to pension through current accounts it will be established with 4 on 24 number proportionally.
