The note reports about the statement of the new special tax treatment of activity in the sphere of agricultural industry.
The new special tax treatment of activity in the sphere rural and forestry and fish breeding (corresponding changes are brought in the station 81Zakona about the VAT) is approved. The special modes entered by subitem 6.2.6, item 11.21 and 11.29 of the Law on the VAT in this regard become invalid.
The new mode is analog of the special mode offered in the bill No. 3024. The law from 31.10.08 of No. 639-V1 About priority actions on prevention of negativyony consequences of financial crisis and about modification of some zakonodatelyyony acts of Ukraine comes into force from the date of official publication (the norms concerning a new special mode on the VAT, come into force since 01.01.09).
THE NEW PROVISION ON STATE PURCHASES IS APPROVED
The ministry approved the new Provision on purchase of the goods, works, services for public funds. Primenyaetsya it to all purchases which are in whole or in part carried out at the expense of state funds but provided that cost of purchase of the goods and services makes not less than 100 thousand UAH., and works – 300 thousand UAH.
It is provided also that the procedures of state purchases begun to the date of entry into force of this Situation, come to the end according to its norms.
The resolution KMU from 17.10.08 of No. 921 came into force since 22.10.08 (Uryadovy a kur’er from 22.10.08 of No. 197).
STATOTCHETNOSTI’S FORM ON FIXED ASSETS IS UPDATED
Goskomstat approved a new form of the state statistical supervision No. 11-03 (annual) The report on existence and movement of fixed assets, amortization (wear) which is installed from the report for 2008. Represent this form the economic organizations, their branches, predstavitelyyostvo, other isolated divisions allocated for separate balance, establishments, institutions, public authorities and local self-government.
Thus since 01.01.09 the previous similar form approved by the order of Goskomstat from 16.07.07 of No. 219 terminates.
