In this article the characteristic of a grade of an apple-tree the Ruddy climber is given. Coordinates on which it is possible to receive detailed consultation on this matter are given.

Apple-tree – one of few cultures of gardening which can provide "consumption" of the fruits practically all the year round.
Summer and autumn grades of apples there is a set, and among them it is easily possible to choose the most attractive on appearance, taste and other advantages.
And here with winter and, especially, late grades – it is more difficult. Besides, often, at transfer to more southern areas terms of their maturing more answer autumn or early winter.
The most popular winter grades are the Rennet Simirenko and Golden Delishes. However for their preservation without big losses till spring and summer it is necessary to use the refrigerator, and in recent years it became too expensive business. Therefore it is necessary to look for the grades which fruits are capable to remain without artificial cooling till April-June.
One of grades interesting in this regard the Climber was created in Kabardino-Balkaria by selector P. P. Kostyk a way of crossing of the Rennet of Simirenko and Pepina Chernenko. Late in the Moldavian scientific research institute of fruit growing V.K.Smykov crossed the Climber to a yarkookrashenny grade popular in Moldova Kalterer Bemera. So the Ruddy Climber was created.
At first this grade was tested on the homeland, and then got over to the Crimea where passed production test in collective farm agrofirm Friendship of the People (the Krasnogvardeysky area) where showed outstanding results and since 1997 was zoned on a steppe zone of Ukraine.
According to the received data a grade the Ruddy climber essentially surpassed the ancestor the Rennet Simirenko (control) in a skoroplodnost and productivity. For the second year after landing by coevals it already gave productivity of 70 c/hectares, and on the sum of crops in 6 years of fructification exceeded control on 175 c/hectares.
Productivity of grades of an apple-tree in agrofirm Friendship of the People, c/hectare.
Landing of 4 x 2 m. Stock of M 9.
The Ruddy climber it is possible to judge level of winter hardiness of apple-trees of a grade only according to the Crimean data. However, landed in Steppe office of the Nikitsky botanical garden, the grade transferred temperature fall in 1985 to – 28°S without damages. To parshe and mealy dew the Ruddy climber on 2 points surpasses Simirenko’s Rennet in stability.
Tree srednerosly, the krone of average density, a branch depart from a trunk under a big corner in this connection, the grade is convenient for intensive formation with placement of a plant of 4 x 2 m on a stock of M 9.
Fructifies on fruit twigs and simple kolchatka. Fructification annual. A good pollinator for the Ruddy Climber Golden Delishes proved to be.
Fruits large, 200 g, rounded conic, with a smooth brilliant thin skin because of the oily raid appearing in the course of storage. Coloring in a consumer maturity becomes flavovirent with a small dim flush. Pulp greenish, average density, dessert taste (4,8 points). The content of sugar makes 13,5 %, acids – 0,5 %. During too time at Simirenko’s Rennet these indicators are more modest – 10,3-0,7 %.
The demountable maturity of fruits in the Crimea comes since October. They are stored even in usual basements till May-June, keeping thus (unlike Simirenko’s Rennet) till the end of storage a good dense consistence of pulp. Reproduction of a new grade is conducted by nursery of Steppe office of the Nikitsky botanical garden
