In the publication it is told about carrying out in Klepinino’s village of the Krasnogvardeysky region of an innovative forum of the participating states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on which the social humanitarian project of innovative development of the Crimean small settlement was considered. At a forum scientific, official delegations from the countries states of the CIS, the adviser of executive committee of the CIS, the chairman of the board of the International innovative center of technological and humanitarian cooperation A.Boyko, the adviser for innovations of the president of Finland nowadays presiding in EU Terry Hannon, V. Ovchinnikov took part.
In Klepinino’s village of the Krasnogvardeysky area within the first innovative forum of the participating states of the Commonwealth of Independent States the social humanitarian project of innovative development of the Crimean small settlement was considered. From Alushta where passed a forum, scientific, official delegations from the countries states of the CIS arrived to Klepinino. Having visited sight sat down – a museum of 51 Army, they went to the GP biotechnological complex of pilot farm KIAPP of UAAN to look in practice at one of projects which in Klepinino presented during meeting of a round table.
- Projects which we represented – much, but the main – this restoration of forest belts – was marked out by the director of experimental station Vladimir Pashtetsky. – The solution of this problem will improve a condition of water balance of our steppe zone, will make the Crimea more attractive to tourists, will promote increase of employment of the population. The project second for importance – klonalny reproduction of fruit, decorative and berry crops. We are going to let out bezvirusny production. We protected these projects. Now within two weeks they will be offered on a national level for realization.
These projects will be included into the list of projects of the CIS. Each country will have the customer, the national developer of this program.
In December, 2006 15 years to the Commonwealth of Independent States are executed. Are naturally summed up and ways of further following within the CIS are defined. One of such directions – innovative cooperation. Our country was always rich with talents. But now the Ukrainian scientists agree in opinion that actually the state doesn’t appreciate domestic intelligence, and as a result loses billion dollars. The adviser of executive committee CIS, the chairman of the board of the International innovative center of technological and humanitarian cooperation Alexander Boyko emphasized that at meeting the main ways of innovative development in CIS countries were defined. Participants of a forum spoke about an intensive use of intellectual resources, and about problems of integration of innovative systems.
According to Alexander Boyko, the most important – adoption of the Interstate target program of innovative cooperation of the participating states of the CIS till 2015. Using innovative technologies, in each state on possovetsky space, in any concrete city, the settlement, it is possible to create for them such environment which will promote introduction of innovative projects and by that will be an ultimate goal on improvement of quality of human life.
Anyway, and CIS countries will enter the World Trade Organization. Therefore already now the enterprises of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States should prepares for work in the world markets of production, the capital.
There is a program which is called The innovative CIS supermarket. She will allow sorientirovat both the investor, and a producer on mutually beneficial cooperation on the basis of the international standards – the adviser for innovations of the president of Finland nowadays presiding in European Union Terry Hannon, Valery Ovchinnikov explained.
- The interstate target program will promote creation of uniform innovative international space as our people, cultures are very similar. And we, on our mentalities, should work together. And together we walk in the future – Alexander Boyko summed up.
