Headed this economy in 1997. We survived at that time only because our cooperative was diversified. Good luck to us smiled with arrival of the investor – to JSC MMK im. Ilyicha. Since 2005 our agricultural enterprise began to rise to the feet – he tells.
Have heavy times, managed to keep irrigation system. We have 23 dozhdevalny cars: three "Kuban", five "Dneprov", 14 – "Frigates". It was possible to increase the area of irrigated lands with 1600 to 2000 hectares, including 100 hectares transferred to a drop irrigation, from them 50 hectares, a garden and 50 hectares of a vineyard.
Left on good indicators in animal husbandry development. Two years ago in an economy there were 170 pigs, now – 1700. Revived also that branch of which the economy – sheep breeding was proud. Now we have about 700 heads of sheep. About 2 million UAH. annually we pay taxes in budgets of all levels: cooperative byudzhetoobrazuyushchy enterprise as Village Soviet, and area.
We create workplaces. When the Agroshop was formed, in an economy 180 people, now – 450 worked, from them 100 people – young people are elderly till 29 years. And it already speaks about much. Experts work for us at the enterprise with the higher education. Besides, ourselves prepare shots: we send for study youth. And work, a good salary – this main thing in life of any person.
Well and, certainly, we develop village infrastructure. We already have a bakery, a dining room where quite arranging prices and a high-quality food, the recreation center works. We try to do everything in order that our fellows villager had more free time which they could lead with advantage for themselves and pay attention to close people, especially children.
Now in an autonomy of 5 Agroshops; 2-Agroshop No. 49 and Agroshop No. 55 – are in the Krasnogvardeysky area, and on one – in Dzhankoysky, Kirovsk and Simferopol areas. All of them are a part of the uniform enterprise – Affiliated undertaking Ilyich – the Agro Crimea JSC MMK im. Ilyicha which is headed by skilled head Andrey Ryumshin.
The affiliated undertaking is created for the operative solution of all is production – financial tasks. The total area of lands of agroshops in the Crimea makes 21 thousand hectares from which 5 thousand hectares are irrigated. The last year, to one of the most adverse for the last fifth anniversary, on the area of 10,2 thousand hectares it is received on the average on 35 centners of grain of early grains. And grain-growers of Agroshop No. 49 reached even more impressive indicators: from each hectare collected on 45 centners early grain, in Agroshop No. 55 – on 41,1. And not on watering, and on bogarny lands.
Special attention in Agroshop give to increase of fertility of the soil. Aren’t limited only to introduction of mineral fertilizers, bring the also organic. And it is promoted by increase in a number of cattle. Already now the Agroshop No. 49 brings on hectare grain on 50-60 tons of humus.
Concluded this affiliated undertaking the contract on cooperation with one of the American firms which is ready not only to deliver modern dozhdevalny cars, but also to repair available "Kuban". Promise to put on them engines which spend not 30 liters of diesel fuel for hectare, as ours, and only 8. And all process of an irrigation will be automated.
For the last three years of an investment in modernization, reconstruction of rooms, acquisition of new equipment and purchase of highly productive breeding cattle made – more than 30 million UAH.
While in an economy it is fed with investments of head enterprise JSC MMK im. Ilyicha. But it is necessary to pass to self-financing soon. Therefore in Agroshop aspire to use given financial opportunity for a full development. And a lot of things is already made.
In JSC MMK im. Ilyicha agroshop of 250 hectares of vegetable plantations are transferred to a drop irrigation. The laying of gardens and vineyards is actively conducted. The garden on the area of 300 hectares is already planted., 50 hectares of the earth will occupy vineyards of new landing. In total under long-term in farms it is occupied more 500ga, and the areas under them plan to increase. In Agroshop No. 55 there is the nursery where saplings are grown up. And if last years saplings sold, now they are used, generally for own needs – go on a laying of gardens in agroshops.
The combine already spent 5 million hryvnias for creation of infrastructure of villages.
The school and preschool institutions in the villages of Kalinin, Amber Krasnogvardeysky, the Recreation center roof in Novoandreevk’s village of the Simferopol area are repaired. On hundreds thousands hryvnias works on water supply and gasification of villages are carried out. Large sums are put in Feniks stadium reconstruction in the village of Kalinin on which there was a tribune under a roof with individual color seats on 1050 places. On a football field the expensive artificial lawn is laid. Here it is possible to spend games at any time years. Necessary household rooms and training platforms were at the same time erected, there was a smart electronic board. By spring 2008g. some more training fields with artificial and natural lawns, hotel complex will be put into operation.
It is much made, but it is necessary to make on an accomplishment of villages of Agroshops even more. It is reconstruction of dining rooms in the village Tobacco Dzhankoysky and the village Bright Paul Kirovski of areas, gasification of streets of villages of Novoandreevk, Grigoryevka comes to the end, it is planned to lay on water in Novoseltsevo’s village, capital repair of kindergarten in the village Amber will be carried out, will continue to build houses in the village of Kalinin, other works on an accomplishment of villages are outlined also.
