Article about Akbitur’s properties – one of microbiological means of protection of plants, recommendations about its application.
Successes in area of the production technology and application of pesticides allowed now to a chemical method to take a leading place in the general complex of protective measures. However widely applied synthetic connections render is irreversible adverse collateral effects, perniciously affecting not only wreckers against whom they are applied, but also on useful components agrocenozov and biocenoses. Negative sides of application of chemical insecticides demanded development of such systems of actions for pest control at which application of chemical means would be reduced to a rational minimum. These purposes are reached at implementation of programs of the integrated protection of the plants based on use of various methods and means among which the increasing application is found by biological, in particular, microbiological means (MSZR). It is caused by that MSZR belong to adequate ecological means as are created on the basis of real-life microorganisms in the nature, entering into natural regulatory biotsenotichesky complexes.
Now about 70 preparations with the firm names, intended for fight more than with 200 types of harmful organisms worldwide are issued. One of the most effective and widely applied (about 90-95 % of the market of biopesticides) means of fight are microbic preparations on the basis of Bacillusthuringiensis – the sporoobrazuyushchy bacterium, capable to form at a sporulyatsiya parasporalny crystal inclusions of the albuminous nature causing, mainly, their insecticidal activity.
B of the Southern experimental station of institute of agricultural microbiology of UAAN is created a collection of strains of entomopatogenny bacteria, perspective for development on their basis of the biological products alternative to chemical insecticides. At an assessment of adaptability to manufacture of collection strains prospects for development of the production technology and application of a biological product, analog bitoksibacillina opened, is wide and successfully applied in the territory of Ukraine in protection of plants in recent times.
Preparation prepare in a liquid form on the original technology, allowing to keep in a finished product all entomotsidny components. Apply it in the form of water solutions to spraying of plants in any phase of vegetation, including in flowering. Cost of one hectare portion depending on a type of the wrecker makes from 250 to 400 hryvnias.
The developed biological product received name AKBITUR and is recommended against larvae of younger age of the Colorado beetle on potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants (50 l/hectares, two-three processings against each generation of the wrecker); caterpillars cabbage scoops on cabbage (50½/hectare, one-three processings against each generation of the wrecker); caterpillars of a meadow moth on crops of sugar, table, fodder beet, a lucerne, sunflower, carrots, cabbage (50 l/hectares, one-two processings against each generation of the wrecker); caterpillars of yablonny and fruit moths, a blackvein, the American white butterfly (50-60 l/hectares, one-two processings against each generation of the wrecker); listovertok, silkworms, browntail (70-90 l/hectares).
Efficiency of a preparation should be considered not earlier than in 5-7 days after application. During the specified period of a plant are eaten extremely slightly that is caused not only influence of pathogens on the wrecker, but also antifidantny action of a biological product.
Preparation apply in the form of water suspension. The measured quantity of a liquid form dilute in a settlement quantity of water (a consumption of working liquid on fields – 200-400 l/hectares, in gardens – 700-1000 l/hectares). Plants process by means of sprayers of any type.
AKBITUR store at temperature +3-5°C in the places protected from an atmospheric precipitation and direct sunshine separately from yadoximikatov. A period of storage – 5 months.
