In this article it is reported that in Leninsk the area there were wolves. Gray predators, represent big danger to local population. The district state administration made the decision to carry out oblavny hunting for an animal.

The area of the woods of GP Lenin forestry makes 4 thousand hectares. Forests are scattered on all Lenin area, and the distance between them reaches 80 kilometers. The set of wild animals – hares, bustards, partridges, pheasants, wild wild boars lives in our woods.
Wolves aren’t radical obitatelyami the Crimean woods, and in Leninsk the area they weren’t met by more than fifty years. Poyavilis gray predators at us a few years ago and strongly bred lately. From where they migrated, it is possible to assume only: whether passed through the Kerch Strait on ice as in military lixolete, whether got on the peninsula from the southern areas of Ukraine.
At the end of summer of 2007, at the same time from all natural boundaries, signals from huntsmen about a site of wolves began to arrive. The first message arrived from huntsm A.N.Solomka: from the natural boundary Vysokovsky giving, from Marfovk’s village came into the wood flight from five wolves.
Next day the message from the huntsman of the Black Sea forest area V. V. Parfeny, that from Vulkanovk’s village four predators entered into the natural boundary arrived. A bit later the flight, already from seven wolves, was noticed in a neighborhood of the village of Marfovk.
Disturbing signals that wolves come into settlements and, being afraid of nothing, attack a livestock and a bird, began to arrive from the population and the farmers who are going in for animal husbandry. Still quite recently the wolf could attack the cattle which is grazing near the village but to enter on the village territory – it wasn’t observed.
It became known and about attempt of attack of a wolf on the person. During the long period on a farm belonging to V.A.Lyashko and located near the village of Gornostayevk, began to make attacks a gray predator. As the farmer tried to track down it, nothing poluchalos. But once at night the wolf welcomed again "on a visit".
Having heard bark of dogs, Victor Aleksandrovich ran out on the street and saw that someone’s shadow flashed and disappeared in a flood gully. Having stepped towards the hidden animal, the farmer hardly managed to throw up a gun and to shoot. An animal, having jumped towards the person, fell, struck by a bullet, directly to his feet.

The living creatures living in the woods and being the main production of predators, were destroyed by fire. Most likely, these factors also played a reshayuyoshchy role that wolves turned the look towards villages.
The damage from invasion of gray predators is estimated in tens heads of the destroyed bird, sheep, goats, pigs and even cattle.
All above-mentioned cases compelled inhabitants of the area to address for the help in the Lenin district state administration and GP Lenin forestry. On the basis of complaints of the population and farmers the decision to organize and carry out oblavny hunting for a dangerous animal was made.
To track down and destroy a wolf very much it is not simple. An animal this hardy, careful, with a delicate ear and sight. To destroy a wolf it is considered prestigious among okhotyonik.
The first hunting yielded results: in the natural boundary Black Sea two she-wolves were shot. Hunting were carried out by Oblavnye in the area till the end of February. In rezultate seventeen individuals were destroyed. However still in different corners of the Lenin area inhabitants of villages meet the lonely wolves wandering in vicinities or myshkuyushchy on fields.
So, this problem isn’t solved yet, and, probably, hunting for wolves should be renewed.
