Extraction from the letter of the State committee of Ukraine on ground resources from 13.01.2006 of No. 14-22-7/114.
On performance of point 3 of the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from May 12, 2000 of N 783 "About carrying out indexation of a monetary assessment of lands" by which the State committee of Ukraine on ground resources, Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea is obliged,
In ispolneniepunkta 3 resolutions of Cabinet council of Ukraine from May 12, 2000 of N 783 "About a provedeniiindeksatsiya of a monetary assessment of lands", the State committee of Ukraine on ground resources in the letter from 13.01.2006 of No. 14-22-7/114 reports the following.
The standard monetary assessment of lands on sostoyaniyuna 01.01.2006 is necessary for indexing on factor of indexation 1,035 for 2005 calculated proceeding from a mid-annual index of inflation for 2005 – 113,5 % according to Order of carrying out indexation of a monetary assessment of the lands, the Cabinet council of Ukraine approved by the mentioned resolution.
For ensuring collecting the land tax and a rent for the earth in 2006 a monetary assessment of lands of the settlements, carried out on iskhodnymdanny on sostoyaniyuna 01.04.1996, and the monetary assessment of the agricultural holdings which has been carried out on sostoyaniyuna 01.07.1995, is subject to indexation on sostoyaniyuna 01.01.2006 on factor 2,551, kotoryjopredelyaetsya proceeding from proizvedeniyakoefficientov to indexation for 1996 – 1,703, for 1997 – 1,059, for 1998 – 1,006, for 1999 – 1,127, for 2000 – 1,182, for 2001 – 1,02 and for 2005 – 1,035. The standard monetary assessment of lands for 2002, 2003 and 2004 godane was indexed.
It is published at the desire of the State committee of Ukraine on ground resources.
