Article tells about the problems arising in the area during the harvest company.
The Razdolnensky nature seldom indulges farmers the weather favoring to cultivation of a big crop of winter and early summer crops. During the autumn and winter period growth and development of the winter grain took place in favorable weather conditions. There were no low negative temperatures, in the soil there was enough moisture. Crops of early grain crops began with the second decade of February. Vegetirovali of culture in optimum conditions of moistening till first decade of May, but temperature increase from second decade of this month led to a fast siccation both arable, and a meter layer of earth. Oppression of winter grain, summer grain and commercial crops of late terms of sowing is as a result noted.
Now farms of the region of all forms of ownership should harvest from the area of 44,2 thousand hectares, including from 30,8 thousand hectares winter grain and from 26,5 thousand hectares. – winter wheat.
It is also necessary to clean a rape from 2162,4 hectares including winter from 1611,4 hectares, summer from 511 hectares
Farms of the area executed all complex of agrotechnical actions for cultivation of early grain crops: crops of winter grain crops summer grain are fed up, events for fight against weeds and diseases are held. Selectively, in the presence of wreckers, processing of crops is made.
The greatest harvested acreage in ChSP "Chernyshyvskos" – 6931 hectares, KFH "Grain-grower" – 4730 hectares, JSC PZ "Nice" – 3665 hectares, SOOO "Field" – 3038 hectares, ChSP "Montana" – 1866 hectares, MChP "Altya" – 1860 hectares, KFH Cake layer of Century of N – 1650 hectares, AF Canning combine – 1500 hectares.
Except own 60, it is planned to involve to cleaning from outside – 71 combines.
Today it is already possible to predict level of a biological crop with high degree of reliability. By our calculations, gross collecting grain of early grain crops will make 90-95 thousand, tons. Thus, the Razdolnensky area can receive on 15-20 thousand, tons more last year’s level.
Competent tactical actions of heads and experts of farms, coordination of all services on technical and household ensuring cleaning are for this purpose necessary.
Having analysed the working plans presented by farms, it is possible to tell that as a whole the area is ready to carrying out cleaning in a short time. To heads called above the enterprises we urgently recommend to count once again need for attraction of equipment, after all at its shortage cleaning can be tightened about one month and even more. The tightening will lead it to increase in yield losses, decrease in productivity of cultures and reduction of gross collecting grain.
Bread it is necessary to clean in a short time, not to allow excessive losses of grain and to lower expenses at carrying out harvest works, considering the increased prices for fuels and lubricants and material resources,
At carrying out harvest works it is necessary to consider the differentiated difference of productivity grain on fields, not to focus in one field highly – and low productive combines, and to distribute them taking into account cost of expenses for cleaning of 1 hectare.
The main problem of low level of economy of the enterprise is that heads of agricultural enterprises, especially small-scale, still don’t perceive created structure of the agrarian market as means of protection and dictatorship of price policy. We act by a principle who arrived to an economy earlier, in cash and the crop is sold to that. And the difference in the price at the exchange and from a place is essential, even taking into account transportation on elevators. By what prices to be guided to us, beginning cleaning of grain crops. The most reasonable today are the prices for purchase of winter wheat in agrarian fund.
It is a little about quality of grain and its safety. Due to the increase in number of the farms which are engaged in production of grain, there were problems with safety of a crop. Not all agricultural enterprises are provided in full with cars on purification of grain and warehouses for its storage. Unreasonable will grow up a crop – to spend for it the whole year and then to lose grain because of inadequate storage. Therefore we recommend to our agricultural producers to conclude contracts with elevators and the hlebopriyemny enterprises.
I will stop on security with a foodgrain. It is necessary for our area to hand over 2350 tons it in a regional reserve. 1,5 thousand tons in agrarian fund and also to provide an emergency six-months ration of a foodgrain of our area.

1. Grant for 1 hectare of crops of winter crops of 2287830 UAH.
2. Compensation of cost of fertilizers of 157500 UAH.
3. Accounts payable repayment for vysokokonditsionny cattle for 2006 – 146311 UAH.
4. Compensation for highly-konditsionny cattle for 2007 g – 130630 UAH.
5. Compensation of cost of the electric power on watering – 11991,1 UAH.
In total it is listed 2734262,1 UAH. The demand for the grant for 1 hectare of crops of summer cultures for the sum of 360 thousand UAH is submitted. Het of full packages of documents on compensation of an interest rate of the credits, and it brakes transfer of means.
