Farmer movement in the late nineties gained mass character in the Razdolnensky area, in 2001 150 farms were registered. But not all from them could organize profitable production: someone didn’t have enough knowledge, means, and much managed unproductive lands.
As a result in the area remained 82 country and farmer and farms which process more than 16 thousand hectares or 21,5 % of total area of an arable land of the area. They make grain, olive and forage crops, vegetables, berries. More than a third of gross collecting all agricultural production of the area is made by farms.
Many farms started to be integrated at the expense of rent of ground shares, they update soil-cultivating equipment, seeders, combines. The technology of cultivation of cultures is considerably improved also, more mineral fertilizers are brought in the soil, the plowing of straw is carried out according to recommendations of scientists. Work on sortosmene, to a sortoobnovleniye of grain crops is carried out. It was connected with obtaining the state grants and preferential crediting the last three years.

Farmers Sergey Andriyovych Alekseev and Nikolay Afanasyevich Kundenok have big authority with fellows villager, them elected deputies of regional council.
Practically all farmers actively participate in public life, constantly act as sponsors of repair of objects of the social sphere, carrying out sporting events, assist needy citizens.
Specialists of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center in 2008 carried out for farmers six seminars on various subjects, including on paperwork on obtaining the grant, to repayment of an interest rate on the credits, technology of cultivation and harvesting of crops, concerning development of the agrarian market. Constantly there is a consulting help on the legal and land questions.
