About MODIFICATION OF the APPENDIX 1 To the ORDER of ESTABLISHMENT of STANDARDS of CHARGE FOR POLLUTION of SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT AND COLLECTION of THIS COLLECTING AND RECOGNITION BECOME INVALID POINT 2 of the RESOLUTION of CABINET COUNCIL of UKRAINE from March 28, 2003 of No. 402

Came into force since 18.10.06.

The cabinet council of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. To make change to the annex 1 to the Order of an ustayonovleniye of standards of charge for pollution of okruzhayoyushchy environment and collection of this collecting, utyoverzhdenny the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from March 1 in 1999 of No. 303, having added it with paragraphs of the following contents:

Payers of charge for pollution of surrounding environment since January 1, 2007 pro­vodyat indexation of its standards for Hi formula = Np x I/100,

where Hi – the indexed standard of collecting in tekuyoshchy year, hryvnias for 1 ton (1 unit); Np – the bazoyovy standard of collecting, hryvnias for 1 ton (1 unit);

I\a consumer price index (an inflation index) for previous year, percent.

In a case when a consumer price index (in­deks inflations) for previous year not prevy­shaet 100 percent, indexation of standards of collecting isn’t carried out.

During carrying out indexation base schita­yutsya values of standards  of collecting  for December 31

2006, and for again entered standards – for December 31 of year of their introduction.

2. To recognize 21 postanovyoleniye which have become invalid point of Cabinet council of Ukraine from March 28, 2003 of No. 402 About modification in prilozheyony 1 to the Order of establishment of standards of collecting

for pollution of surrounding environment and collection of this collecting.
