TIME TO WORK EFFECTIVELY
For many years peasants of the village Grain and agricultural producers rather convincingly fulfilled the duty. At many meetings, conferences, seminars noted successful work zernovchan.
Time of changes came. Many accents of economic life exchanged. Became more personal, it is less – collective. And in these difficult conditions zernovchane showed new qualities which help them with work. All of us are grateful to agricultural producers of the village for their work in difficult conditions and we think that in the future zernovchane will maintain the reputation adequately. More, thanks to agricultural producers, the village council was ahead of schedule an income part of the budget of 2008 g in 10 months.
Thanks to machine operators of SPK would be desirable to tell: Shevketa Shemileva, Remzi Enanova, Ilvera Murtazayev, Valeria Yatsishen. Very responsible person, the professional knowing the business Jabbar Taygansky heads a brigade of machine operators.
Agronomical, organizational skills, persistent work and patience are necessary. To all these requirements completely there corresponds the main agriculturist of SPK – Alexander Petrovitch Barkalov. Person very modest and very necessary to collective.
With open years it is visible, as thanks to the skillful guide of her chairman Vladimir Vitalyevich Galugan and his deputy Bronislav Mikhaylovich Andriyenko, it was systematized, there was effective a work of the Saksky district state administration.
In recent years, as we know, in the Crimea very hot summer. In these conditions honest, diligently and skillfully polivalshchik under the direction of Islyam Muzafarovich Kazbulatov work.
On behalf of a territorial bulk we express sincere gratitude to Vladimir Nikolaevich Sayun – to the honored worker of agrarian and industrial complex who leads collective to new and new record results. Especially it would be desirable to note a record harvest of potatoes that essentially increased the household budget zernovchan.
Good results and at other our agricultural producers. Small farms strengthened the material base: have 6 combines and about 50 units of equipment and agricultural tools. Together with equipment and modern technologies there was a competition, professional skill raised. As a result – good results.
Certainly, there is dynamics – there is a result and prospect. They are closely connected with accepted decisions at level of the Crimea and Ukraine. The agricultural producer demands today more fair relation, and all then will win: both state, and people, and producers.
The village, unfortunately, at us in the state is financed by a residual principle – many problems remain for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, but, nevertheless regional council and the district state administration, the management of the Crimea, of course, support to it. It would be desirable only more serious relation to the village and dynamics of its development.
I think that the whole world we will solve objectives, it is sure – zernovchane will increase the wealth and wellbeing!

COMPONENTS of SUCCESSES of inhabitants of the GRAIN
So already it developed that life of peasants in many respects depends on purposeful and harmonious work of regional authorities – village councils. As a successful example of such work activity of the Zernovsky village council headed by Reshat Rasulovich Asmanov to which we and appeared suddenly one of these days on purpose can serve to familiarize with the best practices of this Village Soviet.
Approaching to an office building, we by mistake entered not into that door and appeared not in a head office, and in rural medical assistant’s and obstetric point (FAPE) which settles down in the same building. Medical attendance of rural population always was and remains a painful point as municipalities of domicile, and district state administrations, the profile ministries. In Grain this problem is solved. In FAPE the medical assistant – the family doctor from locals works, in a drugstore it is possible to get all necessary medical preparations, to give an injection in procedural, generally to receive the qualified medical care. And it is very important. As on – to a personal experience I know that there are Crimean villages in which not that a prick there is no place to make, and even drugstores aren’t present.
Rural the head – Will solve Rasulovich – the supporter of dynamic development of rural territories. In 10 months of this year Zernovsky the village council completely pursued the scheme an income part of the budget, and the next two months will exceed. The received means will go on replenishment of the local budget of an autonomy. For 100 % made replacement of land certificates by the state acts. By the way, the village council here within 5 years doesn’t raise the land tax that though a little to help peasants to endure financial difficulties.
In Grain the SPK "Anniversary" large enterprise making in the wide range grain and vegetables works. In the village are occupied with production of agricultural products 13 farms function. Farms, generally natives of SPK "Anniversary", having taken away the shares, they became independent agricultural producers. According to Reshat Rassulovich, 50 % from them already stand on the feet, get agricultural tools. And the local government in all arising questions tries to render to them the active help.
- Thus, a peculiar economic exchange is provided – the head speaks rural – farms pay taxes, a salary, and at people debts for utilities in turn don’t collect.
But the brand and powerful enterprise, of course, there is SPK "Anniversary" headed by Vladimir Nikolaevich Sayun, the talented head and the honored worker of agrarian and industrial complex.

- Some agricultural producers brag that they with moustaches, will do without a science – the chairman speaks. – But we were convinced that without scientific support big crops are unattainable.
This year productivity grain on some fields reached 70 c/hectares, wheat of a grade of Poshan gave 72 c/hectares. Let’s note that average productivity on an autonomy made 28,6 c/hectares.
To productivity increase in many respects promote and in due time carried out waterings. The meliorative system of the village Grain is in a municipal property of Zernovsky village council, but SPK "Anniversary" at present is leased. There is no time half ruined by hunters behind metal, it is gradually restored by forces of an economy.
Harmonious work, scientific approach, dedication of workers, talent of the head, the help of local government, the district state administration, the Ministry of an agrarian policy, Council of ministers of AR Crimea allowed SPK "Anniversary" to pay completely the credits and this year to manage for own means, without attraction of loans.
Was able and competently plan in village council and an account part of the budget. So, 23 thousand hryvnias in the current year directed on repair of roads, 100 thousand – on cultural development on the village.
- To do the utmost, that life of a rural bulk was interesting, spiritually filled – one of the main tasks of executive committee of village council – speaks Reshat Rasulovich. – He solves it together with rural Recreation center, school, kindergarten, Council of veterans, the youth organizations. Such purposeful work allowed to create constantly operating effective system of esthetic education, formation of the spiritual personality. Thus each of components carries out own functions, solves the problems.
At Zernovsky rural Recreation center the art collectives which have united people of different age, specialties operate. It is "Arza’s" Crimean-Tatar dancing group, and also vocal group of soloists and singing ensemble of fellows villager of the senior generation "Rainbow".
Cheerfully, with a spark Day of the veteran, a holiday of spring – Hydyrlez, a crop holiday are spent. Local ensembles act, arrange the dances, it is pleasant to some pensioners shejk. And what holiday without football? In Grain play some teams – veterans, youth and the most younger. Reshat Rasulovich doesn’t trust training of the last to anybody, itself trains kids on a big football field of the village.
All festive actions are organized by executive committee of Zernovsky village council led by rural the head Reshat Asmanov and the secretary of village council Olga Sviridenko. The most active participation in the organization is accepted by the chairman of SPK "Anniversary" Vladimir Sayun.
