The problem of young shots, their fixing on the village gets recently more and more acuity. In an arsenal of means of regional council, the district state administration and management of agroindustrial development of the May Day area on its permission there was one more: carrying out competitions of the young specialists occupied in agricultural industry, providing definition and encouragement of the best, increase of their professional level, support of young farmers.
Competition The young landowner 2007 took place on the basis of SPK "Georgia". It is remarkable that initiators of its carrying out were the chairman of regional council Gotsanyuk Yu.M. and the vice-chairman of the district state administration on Tipp A.A. agrarian questions., many leading experts of management of the agroindustrial development, subsequently estimating work and knowledge of young contestants.
The venue of competition was chosen not casually. Exactly here young specialists from other villages could be convinced that revival and wellbeing of the village probably and in many respects depends on them. Fine vegetable plantations, a well-groomed garden, an order in animal husbandry, the modern equipment on fields, good results and the advanced technologies created by workers of Georgia cooperative, which middle age doesn’t exceed 37 years, personally confirmed the sure future of collective.
Competition was carried out in seven nominations: on the best machine operator, the gardener, the cattle breeder, the driver, the agriculturist, the vegetable grower, the employee of veterinary service. The essence it was reduced to definition of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of young villagers.
The theoretical part assumed written answers to questions by profession and delivered many difficulties applying for a rank of the best, the practical part was carried out directly on a profile on production sites where the youth felt much more surely.
In the nominations, machine operator Roman Botnar, milkmaid Natalia Novatskaya, vetvrach Anton Vorobyov, vegetable grower Natalia Kontsevich, driver Yury Rud – all from SPK "Georgia", agriculturist Olga Savitskaya from JSC Kirov, gardener Natalia Kononenko from GSP with / z of May 1 became best.
At new comfortable office of SPK "Georgia" chairman of regional council Gotsanyuk Yu.M. handed over Certificates of honor and gifts to winners, noted good preparation and a professionalnost of participants, wished them good luck at republican competition. The gratitude in the address and heads of SPK "Georgia", GSP of May 1, JSC Aybary, JSC Kirov which is specifically caring of fixing of youth in agricultural production sounded.
The assessment of competition of his participants is characteristic. Here that Natalia Novatskaya rendered: Earlier I doubted that the milkmaid to be prestigious. And today changed my opinion. I felt attention to myself and respect for the work. It is good that such competition will be annually carried out.
