In response to point 3 of the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from May 12, 2000 of No. 783 About a provedeniiindeksatsiya of a monetary assessment of lands the State committee of Ukraine on ground resources, Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol municipal public administrations are obliged to provide informirovaniyesobstvennik of the earth and land users about annual indexation of a monetary assessment of lands, Goskomzemsoobshchayet the following.
As factor of indexation, kotoryjrasschitan proceeding an izsrednegodovy index of inflation for 2006 – 109,1 percent according to Poryadkuprovedeny of indexation of a monetary assessment of the lands, the Cabinet council of Ukraine approved by the mentioned resolution, doesn’t exceed unit, the monetary assessment of lands on sostoyaniyuna 01.01.07 for 2006 isn’t indexed.
For providing a vzymaniye of the land tax and a rent for the earth in 2007 a monetary assessment of lands of the settlements, carried out on iskhodnymdanny on sostoyaniyuna 01.04.96, and the monetary assessment of the agricultural holdings which has been carried out on sostoyaniyuna 01.07.95, is subject to indexation on sostoyaniyuna 01.01.07 on factor 2,551, kotoryjopredelyaetsya proceeding from proizvedeniyakoefficientov to indexation for 1996-1,703, 1997 – 1,059, 1998 – 1,006, 1999 – 1,127, 2000 – 1,182, 2001 – 1,02 and for 2005-1,035. The standard monetary assessment of lands for 2002, 2003 and 2004 godyne was indexed.
