The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea brought in the draft of the Medium-term program of social and economic development of the Autonomous Republic Crimea for 2008-2012 of the offer on a growth in volumes of the means directed on crediting of individual rural builders according to the program Own house.
This program of support of individual housing construction on the village is realized in the Crimea since 2003. In lists on receiving the credit more than 2 thousand individual rural builders consist. The actual demand for soft loans exceeds today the offer more than in 8 times.
From 2003 for 2007 more than 9 million UAH are directed on implementation of the program. budgetary funds that allowed to allocate the credits to 500 families of individual rural builders, including 128 – to young families, and in 2007 – the credits are given out to 122 families, from them 50-young.
On implementation of the Program in 2008-2012 the necessary volume of means roughly makes 62370 thousand UAH.
At the expense of these means it is planned to place in operation 305 individual houses, to get 254 individual houses, to install gas in 3377 estates, to lay 261.4 km. gas pipelines to individual houses.
