Article covers the current situation in gardening and vinogradarsky branches of agricultural industry in Kirovsk the region of AR Crimea. The analysis of realization of a state program of financial support of development of long-term plantings in the area is provided.
Not too a lot of time passed since that moment when the Kirov region of AR Crimea was one of leaders of Ukraine on development of such highly profitable and profitable branches as gardening and wine growing. Fruit and grapes of the agroenterprises of the area were delivered on a table krymchanam, to guests of the peninsula, went to other regions and fresh, and in the form of tinned production. Wineries worked for full capacity, using local raw materials. Almost in each economy there was a canning shop. In farms work with new high-yielding grades of grapes steady against diseases was conducted. Effective technologies in gardening took root.
Alas, the economic crisis, in the early nineties the last century first of all struck on agricultural production, practically nullified all former achievements of gardeners and wine-growers of the area. And only recently, after so many years of desolation, again there was a question of revival and modern development of gardens and vineyards in farms. The program on the State financial support of development of industrial gardening, wine growing and a hmelevodstvo, accepted by the government of Ukraine in 2005 became the assistant in it.
About what successes of implementation of this program in Kirovsk the region of AR Crimea, are told by the deputy chief of the Kirov management of agroindustrial development of RGA Elena Vladimirovna Voinova.
Speaking about profitability of such branches as gardening and wine growing, – Elena Vladimirovna speaks, – it is necessary not to forget that their development always demanded many capital investments. They especially increased now when the rise in prices for a landing material, a grape stake, a wire, the equipment for a drop irrigation is simply uncontrollable. And it not including all operations on the care of young long-term plantings. And payback of the means enclosed in long-term plantings starts to have an effect only in some years when the fruit tree or a grape bush enter a fructification stage. Therefore, far not each economy presumes to be engaged to itself in such agricultural production.
The program of the State financial support of development of long-term plantings (further – "Program") – the serious help to the enthusiast of revival of gardens and vineyards. According to this Program goes though partial, however very considerable compensation of those big expenses which are born by an economy, putting young gardens and vineyards.
However it is necessary to know that one desire to be engaged in long-term plantings a little. The first steps in this direction should be carried independently out: before to leave with the petition for participation in the Program, it is necessary to make the project of a laying of a garden or a vineyard, to prepare the ground areas under sag, to buy and land saplings.
Among the first who lit up idea to expand the area of vineyards, JSC Starokrymsky and JSC ZMVK Koktebel. FH Light way joined them, ChSP "Starokrymsky", JSC Agro-union. Within the Program in Kirovsk the area 646 hectares of young vineyards were planted.
Besides, in ChSP "Starokrymsky" on 27 hectares the peach garden is landed. From the state budget it payments of partial compensation of the suffered expenses already began.
Is going to revive JSC Zolotoye pole wine growing. Reconstruction of winery to which needs raw materials here comes to an end.
Ilyich – the Agro Crimea plans to be engaged in young plantings and No. agroshop of 66 DP . Experience behind shoulders of employees of this enterprise the huge: once gardens and vineyards of the former collective farm "Ukraine", gave to people rich crops.
Grow, relying on support of the state, the areas under long-term fruit and berry plantings in Kirovsk the region of AR Crimea, employment of local population at the expense of again created workplaces increases. Our area is in close proximity to a resort zone – constant "consumer" of fresh fruit and grapes. It in turn means obtaining the constant good income. From here – replenishment of the district budget that will allow to solve local questions of social development quicker.
