In article data on implementation of the plan on identification of cattle and sheep for 2008 are given in some regions of AR Crimea. To receive the grant and realize live stock products owners of the identified animals can only. In article changes at issue of the passport on donkeys, mules and hinnies are described. The order of registration of horses, donkeys, etc. is specified (including imported), terms of delivery on them of passports, are listed conditions of carrying out electronic marking.

As of March 31, 2008 in Kirovsk the region of AR Crimea was proidentifitsirovano cattle of 534 heads and sheep 341 heads. The plan of three months of the current year on identification of cattle is executed for 93,5 percent, on sheep – only for 25 percent, and as a whole in the republic respectively for 117 and 74,6 percent.
As of March 27 of the current year in the Dzhankoysky area there were proidentifitsirovano 824 heads of cattle and 3437 sheep. Plan of three months 2008g. on identification of cattle it is executed for 73 percent, sheep – for 109 percent.
As of April second of the current year in the Krasnogvardeysky area proidentifitsirovano cattle of 6716 heads and sheep – 1591 heads. The plan of three months of the current year on identification of cattle is executed for 349 percent and sheep – for 103 percent.
As of April 9, 2008 in the Nizhnegorsky area proidentificirovany 573 heads of cattle and 3443 heads of sheep. The plan of four months on identification of cattle is executed for 55,4 percent, sheep – for 95,5 percent.
As of April 18 of the current year in the Soviet area proidentificirovana 381 heads of cattle and 738 heads of sheep. The plan of four months on identification of cattle is executed only on 49,7procenta, on sheep – for 34 percent.
In connection with the developed situation together with agents for identification it is necessary for district state administrations, managements of veterinary medicine of areas, heads of village councils to inform owners of animals that in 2008 the state grant will stand out only on the identified animals. And also that there is a ban on moving of not identified animals, and also on realization of the meat received from them, milk and wool.
BURROS TOO WILL HAVE A PASSPORT
Some changes are made to the order of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine from 31.12.2004 of No. 496 About introduction of identification and registration of horses: in particular, on donkeys, mules and hinnies the corresponding passport – the donkey/mule/hinny will stand out.
Changes are brought by Minagropolitika’s order from 25.02.2008 to No. (496) 85 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 24 2008g. No. 241/14932.
Earlier on all animals of a sort of house horses (Equus), donkeys and the animals received as a result of their crossing, one general document – the passport of a horse stood out, and the aforementioned order obliged to consider and features of identification of donkeys, mules and hinnies to improve process of identification and registration of horses:
– the order of registration of horses, on kotoryxvydany passports is specified by federation of equestrian sport or the organization which keep the state breeding books on breeds: if on a horse the passport which already contains the graphic and written description of marks and signs is issued, but doesn’t contain identification number, this passport moves in GP Agency on identification and registration of animals (further – Agency) together with a registration card of a horse. Identification number which is brought in the passport is assigned to a horse;
– terms of issue of passports for horses increase: that stand out repeatedly and for horses with an unknown origin – from 21 days to 1 month, for horses of an unknown origin – from 21 days to the 2nd months because of duration of process of editing of the identification description of a horse and verification of data of a family tree. Therefore to worry about obtaining documents on animals it is necessary in advance.
– the persons are defined, authorized to carry out electronic marking of horses – carry out electronic marking of a horse the doctor of veterinary medicine who is the responsible person of an economy can, or any other to which the owner addresses in accordance with general practice and pays for this service on a contract basis.
As well as for a horse, existence of the passport is obligatory for a donkey, a mule or the hinny with participation in exhibitions, broods, veterinary and sanitary processings and surveys, sale and a face.
In case of purchase of animals of a sort of horses, change of nicknames or other identification data, castration, etc., the owner or a holder of animals should provide the passport to the agent for identification for introduction of the corresponding marks.
As to the imported horses (donkeys etc.), the owner is obliged to identify and register them for 30 days from date of carrying out veterinary and sanitary control on frontier, but earlier, than animals will leave an economy.
If imported animals it is accompanied by the passport which contains the identification number appropriated in a country of source, and the filled graphic representation of marks and signs, its initial description and the passport remain and are valid. Animals are registered in the state Register of animals and on them Agency the Loose leaf to the passport of the imported horse (donkey/mule/hinny), filled in Ukrainian stands out.
