Article informs readers on a meeting of the Polish delegation with the staff of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center.

The PLACE of the FIRST MEETING – BELOGORSK

Place of the first meeting – Belogorsk

And here they met again: the Polish delegation as a part of 9 experts under the direction of Antonija Gaydachuka, the director of office in Old Paul of Pomor center of agricultural consultation in Gdansk and the staff of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center led by director Nikolay Nagaynik and, in three years become not simply colleagues with certain professional interests, but also stable partners in the consultation sphere. And partners, as usual, go to each other to exchange experience and knowledge.

In July of this year of 60 listeners – representatives of local government bodies, heads of agricultural enterprises, farms and employees of KGA UKTs visited the Polish earth – in Old Paul of Pomor voyevodstvo. As well as last year, participants of the Crimean delegation studied experience of the Polish consulting service and work of local government bodies, strengthened friendship and cooperation bonds even more. The turn krymchan now came to meet the Polish colleagues.

Belogorsk or Karasubazar as called it in the ancient time became a place of the first meeting on September 20 the current year. In the 16th century it was the main town of a kaymakanstvo and was under control of the kalga-sultan, also the huge nevolnichy market here settled down. In the Soviet years at the northern bottom of the mountain of Joint stock company Kai about 20 parking of the primitive person – the Neanderthal man were found.

About it the Polish delegation was told by Konstantin Lugovik, the head of the Belogorsky district state administration. It also briefly concerned economy, the population and natural monuments of the area with which it is so rich.

Here, in a building of the Belogorsky district state administration, according to the project Problems of agricultural consultation within the balanced development of rural territories took place a joint Crimean-Polish seminar. From the Crimean delegation there was N. Nagaynik, the director of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center, S.Hudoba, the chairman of Belogorsky regional council, N. Miranov, measures of the city of Belogorska, K.Lugovik, the chairman of the Belogorsky district state administration, I.Metelnov, the head of department of agricultural industry, and also the head of village and settlement councils, heads of agricultural enterprises, farmers, representatives of cooperatives and veterinary services.

With an opening speech to participants of meeting N. Nagaynik addressed.

- With development scientifically – technical progress the priority began to be given to the economy constructed on knowledge. And our joint mission – to create the environment of the highest concentration of knowledge on the village, thereby to raise a level of living and self-esteem of rural dwellers. And in it successful experience of Poland is very useful to us – he told.

From the Polish delegation A.Gaydachuk who shined a subject of a role of consulting services in stimulation of social and economic changes, and also developments of agrarian and not agrarian business and a diversification of kinds of activity in the rural zone acted. The question of increase of a level of living of rural dwellers in Poland was mentioned in the performance by E.Shimanska making the report Development of strategy, the program and the plan of updating of the village. Special interest was caused by a subject of development of agrotourism from which A.Royevska acted. The Polish colleagues learned to "squeeze out" a maximum of the natural and historical resources not only for the purpose of increase in profit, but also with care of a growth in prosperity of rural dwellers. Undoubtedly, such experience should be adopted and introduced in the Crimean villages and settlements.

Certainly, construction of agroestates and an upclassing of territories demands considerable financial means. And with it Poland is helped seriously by "investment injections from European Union. But thus it is not necessary to forget and that money is allocated only under projects and in the sum which is not exceeding 50 % from its cost the second half was financed by the owner of the agroestate. So to the Crimean participants of meeting was over what to become thoughtful …

On seminar end the Crimean and Polish colleagues exchanged memorable souvenirs.

And ahead of the Polish friends the most interesting excursion in a female monastery in Topolevk’s village, the Greek society of the village of Chernopolye with acquaintance to folk customs and crafts expected. And perhaps, in some years when to us again there will arrive the Polish delegation, communal customs, crafts and a female monastery will be already called as objects of the Crimean agrotourism, and rural dwellers become initiators of development of programs of updating of the villages.
