As we already reported, ChSP "Ukraine" is reorganized into JSC Mariupolsky metallurgichesky kombinat im. Ilyicha Agroshop No. 66. We met the chief of Agroshop No. 66 Victor Vasilyevich Maslich and asked to tell about the first steps of the reorganized agricultural enterprise.
FOR DEBTS – ON THE AUCTION
As to the majority of workers of ChSP, and before diversified and strong collective farm "Ukraine", me it was sick to see, how the economy weakens, fades. Reached before that just about us will expose for debts on auction. And as would sell out property movable and immovable, crash would come to "Ukraine". In the area nine bankrupt farms, ours went the tenth on this executioner’s block. Here is how I now in a fist compressed a hand, as at people heart was clamped. Even at those who worked, the salary made two – three hundred a month. And that not money, and is more flour, grain, cabbage, carrots, beet, that is that we made. To stand in such situation everything it became more difficult.
To me once the vice-chairman of the district state administration P.N.Zakharov suggested to think over a question: and if to try to contact the Mariupol iron and steel works, to go, look, talk? In the Crimea there are some farms working under a wing MMK of a name of Ilyich, and affairs in them go not bad.
LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL
To contact the management of combine good acquaintances helped: N.K.Boyko and V.F.Kuntsevsky. The first of them worked about thirty years ago in collective farm "Ukraine" as the agriculturist, and today it – the Director general of the National production agrarian association "Massandra", the second began the agriculturist in collective farm "Ukraine", and today – the general of SBU in resignation, the deputy director general of JSC MMK im. Ilyicha across the Crimea. They helped, thanks to their recommendations the Director general of combine of B.C.Bojko agreed to meet, discuss possible cooperation. And so we became shop No. 66. And other choice at us also wasn’t. It, perhaps, our unique chance.
CONDITIONS
The Director general of the Mariupol iron and steel works of a name Ilyich has a motto according to which he works and it is demanded from subordinates, including from what are included into Agrokompleks (agroshops, the fishing and rybopererabatyvayushchy enterprises etc.): The main thing to think of the person, to work for people. To me as to the head of shop No. 66, it put very serious problems. Having considered the development program presented by us from the 2006th to the 2010th years, B.C.Bojko made amendments. If we planned to finish KRS livestock to one thousand and pigs to 3500 only by 2010, he demanded to reach it in 2006. And to 2010 to develop even more intense program. With financing on acquisition of a breeding livestock of problems isn’t present.
The position of the management of MMK of Ilyich consists that to us it is necessary not only to rise by former level, but also to surpass it in all to branches earlier developing in "Ukraine". Diversified Agroshop No. 66 – this zernoproizvodstvo, a kormoproizvodstvo, vegetable growing, gardening, wine growing, animal husbandry (KRS – the meat and dairy direction, a svinovodstvo).
Today we from MMK of Ilyich received about one million hryvnias money and on one and a half million material means, that is fuels and lubricants, pesticides, fertilizers, hardware. In two and a half months received 5 units of new equipment of agricultural purpose. And installation such: in a warehouse should lie nothing. Control serious: the given-out equipment should work at once. So, we to the combine put the received engine at once. And now we wait some more engines to convert the cars demanding repair.
The combine rents earth for 20 years. That there were no raznotolok, will explain at once: it is rent with the right of an exit of the lessor when he will want to terminate the contract. In practice leaves that in a year after filing of application. Upon termination of an agricultural season (after harvesting) the lessor can dispose further of the earth at discretion.
WHO WANTS TO WORK…
Who wants to work, that can earn in Agroshop No. 66 enough. The salary goes from combine. But will receive good money (and already receive) not those who is registered, and those who honestly works. What size of a salary? Size it I will not call, and I will give sufficient argument. For March 10 of this year we had 153 workers, for May 29 – 230. To work is for what. Also I can tell, for workplaces already there is a competition. Moreover, it rigid. (Not on age old, and on period of operation in "Ukraine") it was necessary to dismiss some old workers: two drivers and electrical engineer. There is no time to drink and to idle. We were given chance to rise from knees and to become a highly profitable economy. Who it understands, that our ally, with that we will work. Machine operators are now necessary to us only.
As I already spoke, the salary goes from combine. And that ourselves will earn, plus the grant from combine, will be enclosed in production development. It is necessary raskorchevat 360 hectares of gardens and vineyards. Some sites are written off about 15 years ago, but there were no means to conduct a raskorchevka and introduction in a crop rotation of the released area. Now a raskorchevka we conduct, we prepare sites for a laying of new long-term plantings. The director general of MMK V.S.Boyko signed the order on allocation to Agroshop No. 66, that is us, 500 thousand hryvnias on purchase of spare parts, rezinoyotekhnichesky products. Trucks to us go from combine with all necessary in order that we started to work at full capacity. From us wait for it.
The management of the Mariupol iron and steel works puts business so that all main taxes and payments remain in the budget of our area. I consider that the Agroshop No. 66 this year becomes the main byudzhetoobrazuyushchy subject in the Yarkopolensky Village Soviet and quite large in the area. Considering that at us everything is transparent, all workers are issued as it is necessary ("snowdrops" isn’t present and can’t be!), receipts in budgets of the area and the Village Soviet will be considerable. They already go. First of all it felt regional management of the Pension fund. The agroshop, I in it is sure, favorable not only to those who in it works, but also for all area.
BIG SOCIAL ORIENTATION
As the Agroshop No. 66 is included structural division into iron and steel works Agrokompleks, on it conditions of progressive compensation, social privileges also extend. It is defined by the collective agreement. It includes many points, but I will call only some.
Koldogovor provides working as overalls, holidays at which the worker receives not less than 65 percent of the salary in addition, but no more than two times a year; providing with firm fuel – 2,5 tons of coal for a cost half working and is free – that who finished at the enterprise to a retirement on age, loading and delivery – too is free; rendering of financial support is long to ill workers and at a retirement, including on disability; the combine pays to mothers on 150 hryvnias a month before achievement by the child of year. The trade-union committee gives working permits free and partially paid in rest houses, sanatoria and boarding houses.
I will note that for our Ukraine boarding house and children’s camp "Alye parusa" too are allocated monetary and appliances for preparation for a summer season. Members of our labor collective and children of our workers in it will have a rest.
It is sure that with development of production the village will develop also. The first steps encourage.
