The Crimean state agrarian educational advice center together with Pomor center of agricultural consultation of the Republic Poland held a seminar – presentation of the draft of the development program of rural green tourism in the territory of Aromatnovsky village council of AR Crimea in the village. Fragrant Belogorsky area on September 30, 2008.
In article the strategic objective of the program, potential of the tourist product formed by the owner of the agroestate of Aromatnovsky village council for rest and improvement of tourists, stages and expected results of implementation of the program is shined.
In September of this year the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center together with Pomor center of agricultural consultation of the Republic Poland in the village Fragrant the Belogorsky area held a seminar on presentation of the draft of the development program of rural green tourism in the territory of Aromatnovsky village council of AR Crimea.
On presentation were present: vice-chairman of Council of ministers of AR Crimea Nikolay Kolisnichenko, chairman of the Belogorsky district state administration Konstantin Lugovik, chairman of Belogorsky regional council Stepan Hudoba, Belogorsky mayor Nikolay Miranov, heads of village councils of the Belogorsky area, specialists of educational advice center, businessmen, farmers, inhabitants of villages of Aromatnovsky village council.
From the Polish party in a seminar the head of department of agricultural consultation, science and education of the Ministry of Agriculture and development of territories of the Republic Poland Barbara Odrobinska, the director of office in Old Paul of Pomor center of agricultural consultation in Gdansk Antoni Gaydachuk, the head of projects on international cooperation Teresa Krakovskaya, the chairman of the budgetary and financial commission Seymika Pomorskogo Tadeush Haas, specialists of office in Old Paul of Pomor center of agricultural consultation – heads of pilot programs took part the head of Pomor Center of agricultural consultation in Gdansk Stanislav Aldon Los: Maria Savirskaya, Agneshka Rayevskaya, Eve Shimanskaya.
The seminar was conducted by the director of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center Nikolay Nagaynik.
Development of the draft of the development program of rural green tourism in the territory of Aromatnovsky village council of AR Crimea is carried out Crimean state agrarian uchebno – advice center with use of experience of specialists of Pomor center of agricultural consultation within the project Support of reforms of local self-government and managing in rural territories of the Crimea, realized according to the program of the international help of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Poland for 2008.
The draft of the program was developed on an initiative and with direct participation rural the heads of Aromatnovsky village council of Galina Perelovich.
For development of rural green tourism in the territory of Aromatnovsky village council there are all preconditions. This district differs the magnificent nature, unikalnymraznoobraziy the landscapes, a rich historical and cultural heritage, hospitality and traditions of rural population, existence of well developed transport network, a set of nature sanctuaries, architecture, stories. Many rural dwellers have good houses, own economy and other conditions for reception of tourists.
In Aromatnovsky village council serving objects now function: postal department, Recreation center, FAP, music school, library, dining room, hairdressing salon, ambulance station of family medicine, drugstore, shoe repair shop, filling station; the gastronomic base is well developed, 13 shops on sale of food, industrial and household goods function, two bars work.
The draft of the program is developed according to the structure defined by the European norms: situation analysis, SWOT analysis is carried out, problems are defined; the strategic objective, mission is formulated; mechanisms of implementation of the development program of rural green tourism in the territory of Aromatnovsky village council are developed.
Strategic objective of the program: Creation in the territory of Aromatnovsky village council of the Belogorsky region of AR Crimea of the competitive Crimean agrotourist product capable most to satisfy needs of city dwellers in healthy rest to lower level of rural unemployment in the rural zone, to become a powerful impulse in the course of revival sat down, education of patriotic feelings of rural dwellers on the basis of careful attitude to original culture, natural historically to heritage of the Crimea
As the central figure in the rest organization on the village the rural family of Aromatnovsky village council which lives in the village acts, carries out the primary activity connected with maintaining a personal country economy, and additional – with use of property of this economy for service in the sphere of rural green tourism: providing tourists with housing, food, their acquaintance with local culture and traditions.
In the program the potential of a tourist product which forms is structured and the owner of the agroestate of Aromatnovsky village council for rest and improvement of tourists offers:
• sports turizm:peshekhodny, bicycle, horse walks; fishing, collecting herbs;
• cultural and informative turizm:istoriko-archaeological, ethnographic, religious;
• horse and improving a turizm:ozdorovleniye of children with diseases of the musculoskeletal device;
• nostalgic turizm:dlya descendants of the Germans occupying villages in XVIII-Xixvekakh;
• school turizm:slety, tourist routes on historical, prirodno – to geographical places of Belogorie;
• cultural actions – entertaining games, sports meets, Days of the village, Days of ethnic cuisine, Days of honey.
In the territory of Aromatnovsky village council places of the settlement of ancient Scythians are found, in three kilometers to the south of Krasnogorye’s village there is a parking of the primitive person – a cave grotto Kiik-Coba, here about 50 thousand years ago there lived the cave person of an era of a paleolith – the Neanderthal man, archeologists open also later settlements – parking the Breaker Kai of I and the Breaker Kai of II.
One of historical values of Aromatnovsky village council are the Krasnogorsky comprehensive school constructed in 1867 by German colonists, and a cult construction – the building of the Catholic temple constructed the same year (now it is given to maintaining Russian Orthodox Church of the Crimean Diocese).
In the territory of Aromatnovsky village council certificates of history of the Great Patriotic War are kept.
At Aromatnovsky comprehensive school under the direction of and with direct participation of principal Nikolay Ovdy, and also group of teachers – enthusiasts the historical museum of local lore in which exhibits of the various historical periods are collected is created, the unique diopama narrating about fighting battles in days of the Great Patriotic War is created.
The sports infrastructure of villages of Aromatnov-sky of village council is well developed: there is a gym, a sports school ground, stadium on which sports classes of school students, regional competitions are given in football, individual occupations of inhabitants of the village.
The recreation center in the village Fragrant is based in 1966. Now the REGISTRY OFFICE acts on its base The wedding house.
Circles work: – the choreographic; the vocal; the dancing; the musical; the chorus of grandmothers "Forever young" is created.
With a particular interest and enthusiasm traditionally in September of every year here celebrate Day of the village.
In this holiday interesting events are held: cheerful games, sports meets, competitions. The most impressing and colourful of them – competition for girls – Ms. sat down Fragrant.
Inhabitants of villages of Aromatnovsky village council age till 45 years 73 % are. In recent years the population of village council began to increase.
Within the program are developed 8 one-day tourist routes for all target groups of tourists: families with children, veterans of the Second World War and members of their families, fans of outdoor activities, school students, veloturist etc.
In the territory of Aromatnovsky village council two horse-racing bases function: Burulcha and the Village "Free" on the basis of which horse-racing competitions, training of tourists to riding, backpackings are carried out.
In the program stages of its realization in the territory of Aromatnovsky village council are created. One of priority actions of the first stage – appointment of the expert in the organization and development of rural green tourism and carrying out educational seminars for owners rural usadb.
The second stage – formation of a tourist product: the organization of cultural actions in villages, festivals, festivities, exhibitions fairs of national crafts, sports meets for the purpose of involvement of tourists to the village.
The third stage – advance of rural green tourism: development and the edition of the advertizing map of villages of Aromatnovsky village council with the indication of places of guerrilla glory, historical and natural and geographical objects with photoillustrations of sights, preparation of the advertizing leaflet on villages of village council with creation of historical legends, the detailed description of historical events, information on celebrated personalities of villages, national traditions.
The fourth stage – the organization of educational and methodical activity in the sphere of rural green tourism: carrying out consultations for rural dwellers concerning rural green tourism, seminars and trainings for rural dwellers of the Belogorsky area on the basis of one of agroestates of Aromatnovsky village council.
Expected results of realization a programmy:snizheniye of a level of unemployment of rural population by creation of new workplaces, self-employment; increase of a level of business of peasants; development of infrastructure of villages; increase of activity and patriotism education at school students; growth of investments into economy of village council through involvement of the international donor funds, fund of assistance to local self-government of Ukraine; improvement of the general social and economic situation in villages of Aromatnovsky village council; increase of innovative culture of the population.
