Article describes a course of work on identification of animals in AR Crimea in a cut of all areas of the republic. The comparative analysis is given following the results of 2007 and January, 2008.
Information on cattle identification in the Nizhnegorsky area
The course of identification of animals is in AR Crimea under continuous control of the Government, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea. It was revealed, what not in all areas this work is carried out at the proper level. In Kirovsk, for example, the plan on cattle identification for 2007 was executed only for 27,5 percent, whereas on the republic – for 49,1 percent.
In 15 days of January in the area there were proidentifitsirovano only 20 heads of cattle that makes 13,4 percent to the plan whereas on the republic – 78,4 percent.
In 2008 in the area it is necessary proidentificirovat 3600 heads of cattle or monthly to identify about 300 heads.
In the Bakhchsarai area the plan on cattle identification for 2007 is executed for only 33,8 percent. If in area farms practically all livestock proidentifitsirovano, at the population only one third.
Not in the best way affairs and this year are here. So in 14 days of January proidentifitsirovano only 11 heads at the plan – 91 heads.
The question of identification of cattle was in the Krasnoperekopsky area under control of administration of the area, management of veterinary medicine, agents for identification of animals. In farms of the area as of January 1, 2008 proidentifitsirovano all number of cattle, in personal part-time farms of the population – 84,3 percent.
However this year cattle identification in the area is conducted while by low rates. In 20 days of January was proidentifitsirovano only 4 at the plan for January – 134 heads, performance makes 2,2 percent.
In 2008 in the area it is planned proidentificirovat 3250 heads of cattle or monthly – 270 heads.
In the Belogorsky area for the beginning of January there were proidentifitsirovano only 45,8 percent of cattle and 16,6 percent of sheep.
In 2008 identifications of 5250 heads of cattle and 19 thousand sheep here are subject. In fifteen days of January, 2008 around proidentifitsirovano only 11 heads of cattle and 102 sheep.
In farms of the Dzhankoysky area proidentifitsirovano 100 percent of a number of cattle, and in personal part-time farms – more than 50 percent of cattle, and in Lobanovsky’s territory of village council proidentifitsirovano 83 percent, Roskoshnensky – 81 %, Yarkovsky – 80 %, Kondratyevsky – 74 percent.
This work in the area and in the current year is actively conducted. From January 8 to January 15 proidentifitsirovano 76 heads of cattle. It is expected that the plan of January of the current year will be exceeded.
In 2007 in the Nizhnegorsky area the plan of identification of cattle was executed only for 41 %, while on the republic – for 49 %. Even lower here indicators in personal part-time farms of the population, they made no more than 30 % of the annual plan of 2007.
And nowadays this work in the area is conducted by languid rates. The plan of January on identification of KRS was executed only for 6 %, wasn’t registered any sheep.
In the area the administrative decree for No. 354 from May 10, 2007 created the working group for control of observance of the normative legal acts directed on a ban of moving and realization of production of not identified animals.
In farms of the Lenin area past year 100 % of a number of cattle, in personal part-time farms – 49,4 % are identified. Since January, 2008 identification in personal part-time farms became more active and made for January 21, 2008 of 35,8 % to the monthly plan.
The measures undertaken by administration of the Krasnogvardeysky area, allowed to speed up this work therefore the plan on cattle identification for 2007 was executed for 72,2 percent. This work and in the current year is actively conducted here. In 18 days around proidentifitsirovano 2057 heads of cattle, absolute implementation of the plan.
I will remind, it is necessary for owners of cattle to consider that fact that on not identified animals in 2008 it is impossible to receive the state grant and freely to realize production received from them.
