The sizes of the minimum and ceiling purchase prices of grain crops of a crop of 2006 are established
The cabinet council of Ukraine approved the size of the minimum and ceiling prices of a row grain a crop of 2006. The relevant order No. 282 from 07.06.2006 was signed by the minister of an agrarian policy Alexander Baranivsky.
According to the document, the minimum and ceiling prices (taking into account the VAT) make respectively:
– wheat of a soft 1 class – 850 and 945 UAH/t,
2 C. – 800 and 890 UAH/t,
3 C. – 700 and 780 UAH/t,
4 C. – 610 and 680 UAH/t,
5 C. – 520 and 580 UAH/t;
– wheat of firm 1 C. – 935 and 1040 UAH/t,
2 C. – 880 and 970 UAH/t,
3 C. – 770 and 850 UAH/t,
4 C. – 640 and 705 UAH/t,
5 C. – 570 and 635 UAH/t;
– rye of group A of 1 C. – 540 and 600 UAH/t,
2 C. – 500 and 555 UAH/t,
3 C. – 400 and 445 UAH/t.
Let’s remind that Minagropolitiki annually establishes minimum prices on which the state carries out purchases of this production to the state food reserve on objects of state regulation. Last year minimum price of wheat of a soft 1 class was approved at level of 930 UAH/t, 2 C. – 780 UAH/t, 3 C. – 690 UAH/t, 4 C. – 540 UAH/t, 5 C. – 495 UAH/t, 6 C. – 490 UAH/t. On wheat of a firm 1 class minimum price made 940 UAH/t, 2 C. – 850 UAH/t, 3 C. – 700 UAH/t, 4 C. – 650 UAH/t, 5 C. – 550 UAH/t. Minimum price of a rye of group A of 1 class was established at level of 550 UAH/t, 2 C. – 400 UAH/t, 3 C. – 350 UAH/t.
The size of the budgetary loan on the security of grain according to the law on state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine for the specified cultures is defined at a rate of 80 % from minimum price.
It is necessary to note also that in the current year the Ministry considerably reduced the list of cultures purchase prices on which are subject to state regulation. So, oats don’t appear in the specified order, corn, sunflower purchase prices on which in 2005 were subject to state regulation barley.
