In article speech of the head of the district state administration of the May Day region of A.Kulkov is presented.
In our area the winter grain sowed this year 42 thousand hectares and 5,3 thousand hectares – summer cultures. The total area made 47,3 thousand hectares. Such extensive area was sowed thanks to that heads of formations of all forms of ownership found for this purpose finance, a seed material, protravitel, mineral fertilizers.
Agricultural enterprises of the area carried out sowing of winter and summer crops to established periods. When sowing the starting dose of phosphoric fertilizers was brought. All seed material intended for sowing, was processed by protravitel, and the seeds intended for crops on the sternevy predecessor – toksikant. Crops on all area were processed by herbicides and fungicidami.
This year the winter were fed up by nitrogen on 41 thousand hectares that on 9 thousand hectares more than last year. As a result namolot grains made 121 thousand tons, with average productivity of 25,7 c/hectares. On these indicators our area left for the boundaries of the 90th years.
For the last years positive dynamics of growth of volume of production of grain is observed: in 2005 it was made 79,1 thousand t at average productivity of 21,5 c/hectares, in 2006 – 85,4 thousand t with productivity of 22,4 c/hectares and in 2007 – 102 thousand t with productivity of 22,1 c/hectares.
It is necessary to note high indicators on productivity of the following agricultural enterprises: in SPK "Georgia" productivity made – 45,2 c/hectares, and in JSC Agropromservice – 36 c/hectares, in SOOO "Russia" – 34,7 c/hectares, in GP with / z of May 1 – 33,8 c/hectares, in JSC Buzav – 32 c/hectares, in JSC Ptitsekompleks – 31,6 c/hectares, in MChSP "Kresplod" – 31,4 c/hectares.
However is at us and such agricultural formations at which productivity is much lower than the srednerayonny. The reasons for that different – adverse weather conditions, a backward agrotechnology and that is important, not irrigation use.
Us it was recommended and work on restoration, expansion and use of irrigated lands is carried out. Results of this work can be seen on an example of such enterprises as "Georgia", "Kirov", "Agropromservice" where productivity grain on watering exceeded 50 c/hectares, and places reached 80 c/hectares.
To the May Day area the plan of carrying out waterings for 2008 on squares of 22,9 thousand hectares was finished. However limited budget financing of payment of the electric power by the pumping-over UVH and USK pump stations threatens with failure of implementation of the resolution CM AR Crimea No. 213 from 22.04.08. About use of water resources in the AR Crimea water economic complex in 2008.
Calculations for the area showed that cost of expenses for pumping-over pump stations for 1000 CBM hesitate from 104 UAH. to 497 UAH., that conducts to unprofitability of watering in the area. If the state resolutely and in due time doesn’t interfere with this process, the increase in number of irrigated lands won’t develop the planned rates.
Process of formation of agrarian sector is difficult and long. It is necessary to note that work on increase in use of arable lands is conducted. If in 2005 58,9 thousand hectares of an arable land, in the current year – 91,1 thousand hectares were used. Already today in our area there are enterprises which become the real owners of land, provide production of considerable volumes of gross output of agricultural industry, receipts in the budget, guarantee social protection of hired workers.
That fact testifies to stabilization of social and economic development of the area also that receipts in the budget from the enterprises and the area organizations annually increase: in the consolidated budget from the enterprises and the organizations of the area arrived for 2003 – 5,5 million UAH., for 2004 – 6,2 million UAH., for 2005 – 8,1 million UAH., for 2006 – 10 million UAH., for 2007 – 14,3 million UAH., in 7 months 2008 – 10,8 million UAH.
