Article is devoted to consideration of the offer of Ministry to increase efficiency of regulation of the export-import relations.
About it it is told in the draft of the program of activity of the government on overcoming of consequences of world financial and economic crisis.
In particular, in 2009 Minagropolitiki is offered to prepare the bill of modification of the Law of Ukraine "About a value added tax" (concerning release from the taxation of operations on import on custom territory of Ukraine of breeding thoroughbred animals of cattle and thoroughbred breeding pigs or a genetic material).
Besides, it is offered to support safe level of the main food: Minagropolitiki, Ministry of Economics, in 2009 – 2012 to make Goskomrezerva balance of supply and demand on main types of the food (grain and products of its processing, meat, meat products, milk, molokoprodukty, oil and sugar) and to define optimum volumes of accumulation of material values of the state material reserve.
The agrarian fund during the reporting period is offered to pursue effective policy of interventions in the separate commodity markets in case of emergence of temporary imbalances.
Introduction of these measures as consider in the government, will lead to minimization of influence of negative consequences of crisis in agroindustrial sector, to creation of competitive agroindustrial production, and also ensuring food security of the country in the conditions of the crisis phenomena.
The corresponding draft of the resolution No. 1360 is registered in parliament on December 23, 2008.
