In Lenin regional public administration report-back election meeting of farmers of the area took place. In it is mute A.Abdurakhmanov, the vice-chairman of Homestead Association and land owners of the Crimea, the commercial director of agricultural serving multipurpose cooperative Y.Komov, the chief of regional management of agroindustrial development V. Homich, specialists of rayonyony management of APP, farmers of the area took part the vice-chairman of Lenin RGA concerning the Agrarian Party of Russia.
The report and elections of the chairman of regional Homestead Association stood the first questions of meeting. By a majority vote Dikovets Nikolay Ivanovich – the farmer who was at the beginnings of farmer movement in the Crimea is elected the chairman of association. In each village council his deputies were elected.
In Leninsk rajonerabotayut 53 farms, are the share of their share of about 10 % of the processed earth of the area. Farmers are engaged in cultivation of grain crops, vegetables, fruit, animal husbandry. In the late nineties in Leninsk the area was Homestead Association which was headed then Sologub by Miyokhail Ivanovich created. Round it united more than 30 adherents who left agricultural enterprises and have begun independent labor activity.
At meeting a question also there was a speech about further cooperation of farmers of the area for the solution of pressing problems: acquisitions of fuels and lubricants, seeds, mineral fertilizers and means of protection of plants, the organizations of harvesting and sale of grown-up agricultural production.
The question of possibility of creation of the agricultural serving non-profitable cooperative, capable to facilitate the solution of many urgent problems was considered and discussed, but business is so that there is no priyemlemayazakonodatelny base for its creation and there is a question of double taxation of such enterprise.
Crediting – a sore point for farmers. At this stage it short-term and high-percentage that puts the farmer on a bankruptcy side. Partially could solve this problem creation of the credit union and at meeting there was a conversation on creation around such union.
