In 2007 it was paid much attention to creating an enabling environment for activity of rural population and to development of rural territories as necessary condition of effective development of branches of agricultural industry
At the expense of budget funds of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, subventions from the State budget of Ukraine and the budgetary programs in 2007 more than 160 million UAH are directed on construction and reconstruction of objects of the social sphere in rural settlements, or in 2 times more than in 2006 that allowed to carry out works on building of objects of gasification more than in 100 villages, to reconstruction and capital repair of objects of water supply and water removal in 67 villages, actions for elimination of emergencies on objects of water supply and water removal in 30 villages. In the rural zone 223,3 km of gas pipelines and 9,7 km of water supply systems are placed in operation.
The ministry carries out continuous control of the actual financing of the capital investments allocated for building of objects of the social sphere of the village, and also takes part in formation of plans of capital investments for 2008 for the purpose of inclusion in them the most important objects of life support of rural population.
Considering a difficult situation with providing rural population of the Crimea with drinking water, from the autonomy budget in 2007 7,69 million UAH are allocated. as subventions to areas on payment of expenses for water supply in the rural zone that in 2,1 times more than in 2006.
