Following the results of work in 11 months 2008 the enterprises food and the processing industry, carried to the sphere of coordination of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea, it is let out production in the comparable prices for the sum 3,5mlrd. UAH., that above an indicator of 2007 for 8,5 %.
Volume of production of sausage products (+56,4 %), milk processed liquid (+4,3 %), cheeses fat (+1,3 %), processed cheeses (+20 %), tvorogasvezhy not fermented (+5,0 %), torments (+12,4 %), grain (+12,4 %), bakery products (+0,6 %), pasta (+16,2 %), cognac (+21,5 %), alcoholic beverage products (+32,0 %), wine grape (+4,5 %) are increased.
In too time meat volume of production, including an offal of 1 category (-5,1 %), butter (-26,1 %), products sour-milk (-7,0 %), forages for agricultural animals (-23,9 %), soft drinks (-30,5 %), mineral water (-19,3 %) was reduced.
