In this publication it is a question of activization of formation and work of infrastructure and commodity filling of the domestic agrarian market of an autonomy. Exchange trade, creation of agrotrading houses, agricultural cooperatives, the wholesale food markets, firm shops of home shopping service became more active, the number of the carried-out fairs, exhibitions and exit trade increased.
The infrastructure of the agrarian market of the Crimea includes: two trading exchanges, 18 agrotrading houses, 34 wholesale and food and 60 wholesale and fruit-and-vegetable markets, 105 serving cooperatives. In the Crimea 639 procuring points of purchase of agricultural products, from them 412 – milk, 76 points of reception of live cattle and a bird, 151 – purchases of fruit-and-vegetable production are created.
