The material from the Dzhankoysky area about memorandum signing between Council of ministers of the Crimea and the Ukrainian fund of social investments is presented. The main directions of an investment of investments into area infrastructure, and also the message of the press service of Minagropolitika Ukrainy on creation of new governmental body of public administration – the State agricultural inspection are defined.

THE MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION IS SIGNED
The council of ministers of the Crimea and the Ukrainian fund of social investments (UFSI) signed the Memorandum of cooperation. The signature under the Memorandum were delivered by the head of the Crimean government Anatoly Burdyugov and the executive director of UFSI Victor Miroshnichenko.
One of areas where the UFSI project for the solution of the most urgent social problems will direct money – Dzhankoysky. It was chosen after an assessment of statistics of social problems in regions. Fund it is offered to enclose more than one and a half million US dollars in development of a social infrastructure.
To local bulks operating conditions of Fund were finished, and then they chose the most problem objects of the social sphere demanding repair and restoration.
To cooperate with UFSI expressed desire of ten establishments, the enterprises, the organizations. It is enough to tell that 72 preliminary applications for participation in the project were submitted and processed.
Advisers of UFSI together with village councils, heads of schools, medical institutions, the various organizations, at close cooperation with the management of the district state administration did large volume of work. General meetings of members of bulks are held, priority problems of villages of the area are revealed, representatives of peasants were a part of agencies on introduction of microprojects, the sizes of a contribution of bulks in implementation of the project are defined. A number of documents on the basis of which preliminary estimates of 22 microprojects are presented is prepared. They are considered in republican representation of UFSI, approved in executive committee in Kiev and approved in the supervisory boards of the Crimea and Ukraine.
And at the end of March of this year the memorandum of mutual understanding and cooperation between UFSI and representatives of bulks of the area was signed. In total they be 22. Among them – Ovoshchnovsky school, the New Crimean UVK, the Zavet-Leninsky ambulance station. Different types of repair work will be carried out here. In villages Mulberry, Marsh, Predmostn, Inexact, to Mirnovk, Lobanovo, Zhilino, Martynovk, Cones, Roshchino, May, Pakharevka, Army, Bright, the settlement Free will carry out water supply highways, to solve one of the main problems of the area.
Since April first of this year it was reckoned time provided to bulks for meeting of first to five percentage of contribution for participation in financing of the project.

In Ukraine General state agricultural inspection is created
For the purpose of increase of overall performance of control and observant bodies in agrarian sector of economy the government made the decision on creation as a part of the Ministry of an agrarian policy on the basis of the State inspectorate for control of quality of agricultural production and monitoring of its market, and also Public service for protection of the rights to grades of plants which are liquidated, General state agricultural inspection as governmental body of public administration…
As reported in Minagropolitika Ukrainy’s press service, control and supervision of quality of agricultural production, a technical condition of cars and the equipment, protection and a reconstruction of water live resources and fishery regulation, safety of a morekhodstvo and fishery fleet, and also ensuring coordination of activity of control and observant bodies in the sphere of protection of plants, seed farmings, breeding matter in animal husbandry will be the main objectives of inspection.
Inspection, according to the resolution of the government, the chief who on a position is the deputy minister of an agrarian policy should head. Considering it, in staff of the main agrarian department of the country one more position of the deputy minister is created. The 53-year-old doctor of agricultural sciences, the professor, the former head of the department of the international integration Minagropolitiki Anatoly Skorchenko became them. Before the present appointment he headed three years Trade and economic mission in structure of Embassy of Ukraine in Argentina. The last place of work – the Vice-prime minister of the government of AR Crimea.
