One of methods of increase of crops is radiation of a sowing material by microwaves with frequency 2450MGc that allows to intensify considerably rostovy processes at plants. Thus phytopathogenic microorganisms on a surface of seeds can partially be destroyed or slow down the development that promotes restriction of distribution of diseases in crops of crops.

At page Institute – x. microbiology of UAAN influence of microbiological preparations on efficiency of separate crops is widely investigated also. Inokulyatsiya of seeds biological products allows to raise a crop and quality of received production, and also to save to 45¬ú/hectare mineral fertilizers. Getting accustomed on root system of inokulirovanny plants, microorganisms produce phytohormones, increase development of root system that in turn increases efficiency of mineral fertilizers.

Despite considerable potential of the mentioned methods, their efficiency it can be limited to some factors. So, for example, the effect of microwave radiation is limited by a nutritious mode of soils, and when using the preparations which bioagents are azotfiksiruyushchy or fosfatmobiliziruyushchy microorganisms, not always it is possible to reduce incidence of plants. Therefore joint application of radiation by microwaves and inokulyatsiya mikroguminy seeds of summer barley on azotfiksiruyushchy activity in a rizosfer of plants, and also on distribution root was studied by the gnily.

As a result of the received data it is established that at radiation decrease in a total number of microorganisms and mikomicetov on a surface of processed seeds is observed. Microwaves stimuliruyushche influence germination, growth and development of plants, increasing their drought resistance. The irradiated plants have more developed root system, and at joint application with bacterization in a rizosfer increase of number of useful microorganisms is observed. Potential azotfiksiruyushchy activity rizosfer of plants with radiation and an inokulyatsiya for 10-12 % was higher, than at plants only with an inokulyatsiya, and for 21-52 % – than when using one radiation.

Radiation of seeds of summer barley with the subsequent inokulyatsiya promotes decrease in distribution root gnily for 12-18 % and to illness development for 5-8 % in comparison with plants without processing.
