ABOUT PREVENTION OF THE BURNING OUT OF THE EDDISH, DRY VEGETATION AND ITS REMAINS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC CRIMEA
According to statyyoy 18 Laws of Ukraine About protection of the surrounding priyorodny environment, articles 5, 40 of the Law of Ukraine About the rayostitelny world, statyami 9, 37 Laws of Ukraine About fauna, in celyax increases of level of an efyofektivnost of fight and a proyovedeniye of explanatory work on prevention of cases of a nesanktsionirovanyony burning out of an eddish, suyokhy vegetation and its remains on fields, strips of branch of roads, in lesopolosax in the territory Avtonomyona of the Republic of Crimea Soyovet of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea
decides:
1. To confirm Meropriyayoty on identification and a preseyocheniye of the facts of a nesanktsioyonirovanny burning out of an eddish, dry rastitelnosti and its remains on fields, strips of branch of roads, in forest belts in the territory of the Autonomous Republic Crimea.
2. To carry out from August 1 to November 10, 2007 kompleks measures for prevention of a burning out of an eddish, dry vegetation and it ostatkov in the territory Avtoyonomna the Republic of Crimea.
3. Republican komitetu Independent Respubyolika Krym on protection of okruyozhayushchy environment within the kompetenyotsiya to carry out gosudaryostvenny control of a proyovedeniye of actions.
4. To regional gosudaryostvenny administrations, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Independent Resyopublika Krym, Respubliyokansky committee Avtoyonomna of the Republic of Crimea on protection of surrounding environment:
