The need for housing and services of the social sphere is among prime vital problems of the person. Today the problem of security of the population housing remains to the sharpest. The considerable part of the population of the republic demands improvement of housing conditions. Now in AR Crimea it is registered such 77 thousand families and lonely citizens. Average security with housing of 1 inhabitant of the republic is lower, than on the average across Ukraine. For the end of 2007 it made 19,8 sq.m total areas (across Ukraine – 22,5 sq.m).
3a 2007 g are placed by builders in operation 522 thousand sq.m of total area of housing that in 1,4 times more than for 2006, in the rural zone – 97,3 thousand sq.m (for 33,6 % it is more), in residential locations – 424,7 thousand sq.m (for 42,9 % it is more).
The most part of housing (323,9 thousand sq.m) is entered by individual builders.
From total amount of the constructed housing a little more than a half (52,6 %) is the share of the cities of Simferopol, Yalta and Feodosiya.
In 2007 received apartments and improved housing conditions of 2,0 thousand families and lonely citizens (in 2006 – 1,4 thousand families).
3a January-June, 2008 it is placed in operation houses in total area of 102,6 thousand sq.m that for 50,8 % it is less, than it is entered housing for the first half of the year 2007, including in the rural zone – 23,0 thousand sq.m (for 29,4 % it is less). 847 apartments, in the rural zone – 137 apartments are constructed.
At the expense of means of the State budget 9,4 thousand sq.m of total area of housing, for January-June, 2007 – 3,7 thousand sq.m are entered.
