The ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Academy of agrarian sciences, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine from 13.02.2007goda approved No. 88/10/187 as the order and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19 2007g. for No. 145/13412.
An order of use of means of the Government budget of Ukraine on implementation of programs of selection in animal husbandry and poultry farming at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex and in research farms.
The order is developed according to Laws of Ukraine About breeding matter in animal husbandry and About the nation-wide program of selection in animal husbandry for the period till 2010.
This Order determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the state budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year on the budgetary programs Selection in animal husbandry and poultry farming at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex and Selection in animal husbandry and poultry farming in research farms, the sizes of a partial or full recovery of the suffered expenses and implementation of surcharges from the State budget of Ukraine on implementation of programs of selection and an order of providing the reporting by use of budgetary funds.
The main managers of means of the state budget are the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Academy of agrarian sciences.
Recipients of budgetary funds – legal entities of all organizational and legal forms of managing (except the budgetary establishments) which are subjects of breeding business in animal husbandry.
Performers of programs are determined by results of the competition which is carried out by Minagropolitiki and UAAN.
The document defined criteria of winners of competition, the list of works of nation-wide value for which performance budgetary funds are allocated.
For obtaining budgetary funds on works of nation-wide value performers of programs provide data on expenses on works, the act of the actual amounts of completed work both approved according to Minagropolitiki and estimate UAAN.
This document comes into force since March 2 of this year.
