RESULTS of WORK of ANIMAL HUSBANDRY of AR CRIMEA FOR FOUR MONTHS 2008
In 4 months (January-April, 2008) in all categories of farms in comparison with the similar period of 2007 production of milk increased by 0,3 thousand tn. (for 0,3 %), eggs – on 51,4 million pieces (on 29 %), meat – on 4,7 thousand tn. (on 8,3 %).
However production of milk in the Dzhankoysky area reduced by 11,1 %, Bakhchsarai for 6,5 %, Simferopol – for 3,6 %, Black Sea – for 3,1 %, Belogorsky – for 1,6 %, Saksky – for 1,1 %; including in agricultural enterprises of the Black Sea area – for 39,4 %, Belogorsky – for 33,3 %, Dzhankoysky – for 24,9 %, Simferopol – for 16,2 %, Razdolnensky – for 15,9 % and the Saksky area – for 12,9 %.
Volume of production of milk decreased because of reduction in agricultural enterprises of a livestock of cows on 1,9 thousand goal.
In the Razdolnensky area production of meat decreased by 6,2 %. There was it in connection with transfer of terms of landing to cultivation and a face of broilers in state of emergency "Agrotem". Decrease in production of meat allowed in particular and agricultural enterprises – in the Razdolnensky area for 72,1 % and in Simferopol – for 5,0 %.
The main reasons for low growth rate of gross output are:
– in the Black Sea area – decrease in production of milk to level of last year for 3 % at the expense of reduction of efficiency of cows on 36kg;
– in the Bakhchsarai area – decrease in production of milk to level of last year for 6 % at the expense of reduction of efficiency of cows by 33 kg;
– in the Dzhankoysky area – decrease in production of milk to level of last year for 11 % at the expense of decrease in a livestock of cows for 12 %.
Production of eggs reduced because of reduction of a livestock of a bird of agricultural enterprise of the Nizhnegorsky area by 74,8 %.
In all categories of farms reduced a number of cattle (on the republic by 2,3 %), in the Dzhankoysky area for 11,1 %, Belogorsky – for 2,7 %, Saksky for 1,3 %, Soviet – for 1,1 %, including in agricultural enterprises (on the republic for 19 %), and in the Belogorsky area for 36,5 %, Soviet – for 38,7 %, Dzhankoysky – for 33,1 %, in Black Sea – for 29,3 %, Saksky – for 23 %, (in SOOO "Promin" completely liquidated a livestock), in Kirovsk – for 21,1 %, Simferopol – for 18,8 %, (in AOOO Soviet Ukraine reduced KRS livestock by 308 heads), in Leninsk – for 16,5 %, and in the Razdolnensky area – for 11,7 %.
Including the livestock of cows was reduced in the republic by 0,7 %. In the Dzhankoysky area their number decreased by 11,8 %, in Simferopol – for 7,4 %, Saksky – for 2,4 % and the Soviet area – for 2,2 %; including in republic agricultural enterprises the livestock of cows decreased by 15,8 %; in the Belogorsky area for 44,5 %, Soviet – for 11,3 %, Dzhankoysky – for 27,7 %, Black Sea – for 20,2 %, Simferopol – for 17,9 %, (in AOOO Soviet Ukraine reduced a livestock of cows by 108 heads), in Leninsk – for 18,9 %, Saksky – for 15,4 %, (in SOOO "Promin" completely liquidated a livestock). In the Razdolnensky area number of cows is reduced by 11,5 %;
The livestock of pigs was reduced on the republic by 5,5 %; in the Belogorsky area for 19,1 %, Soviet – for 18,1 %, Bakhchsarai – for 15,8 %, Nizhnegorsky – for 14,7 %, Dzhankoysky – for 12,9 %, Simferopol – for 5,7 %, Saksky – for 2,8 %, Krasnoperekopsky – for 1,3 %, Pervomaisk – for 1,1 %, including in agricultural enterprises of the republic reduced svinopogolove by 13,3 %. Number of these animals decreased in 12 areas except Krasnogvardeysky and Simferopol.
Pogolovyeovets agricultural enterprises of the republic reduced by 0,3 %; in the Simferopol area – for 54,2 % ((AOOO Soviet Ukraine and the agrarian and industrial complex "Grape" completely liquidated a livestock), in Dzhankoysky – for 31,6 %, Belogorsky – for 17,1 %, Leninsk – for 15,8 % and the Nizhnegorsky area for 9,2 %.
Pogolovyeptitsa sokrashhenov the Razdolnensky area for 11,2 %, Belogorsky – for 3,9 %, Dzhankoysky – for 1,2 %, including in agricultural enterprises of the Nizhnegorsky area for 41 %, Dzhankoysky – for 2,7 %. In the Razdolnensky region of a bird in general isn’t present.
Use of the means allocated from the Government budget of Ukraine.
For the grown-up young growth of cattle, pigs and a bird, sold then on a face and processing to subjects of managing who have own (rented) processing capacities, or the young growth hammered and processed in own (rented) processing shops, the Autonomous Republic Crimea funds of 85858,7 thousand UAH are allocated.
The most low interest of an application of funds for grown up and sold on slaughter and realization cattle and a bird in Leninsk the area – 0,1 %. In the Soviet area – 2,5 %, Prevomaysky – 6,7 %, Belogorsky – 7,1 %, Kirovsk – 8,7 %, Nizhnegorsky – 9,1 %, Black Sea – 9,4 % and in the Razdolnensky area – 10,1 %
Practically the funds allocated to the population in this direction in number of 15211,1 thousand UAH aren’t used.
From 14 areas of the republic in 4 months (January-April, 2008) the population mastered means only in Dzhankoysky – 28,4 thousand UAH. (2 % from a limit) and Razdolnensky – 1,1 thousand UAH. (0,1 % from a limit) areas.
Don’t plan to receive the grant for a gain of a livestock of cows in 2008 for the account:
– own reproduction (on the republic 1494,2 thousand UAH are allocated.) Belogorsky, Dzhankoysky, Kirov, Krasnoperekopsky, Black Sea areas;
– on purchase of breeding cows and netel (on the republic of 1908 thousand UAH.) Bakhchsarai, Krasnoperekopsky, Lenin, Nizhnegorsky, Soviet and Black Sea areas.
In all areas, except Krasnogvardeysky, Simferopol and Black Sea, organizational work on an application of funds, allocated of the Government budget of Ukraine for a livestock a tyolok, bought in the personal country farms received from artificial insemination (on the republic of 835 thousand UAH is insufficiently carried out.).
From 14 areas any didn’t organize purchase of young growth of cattle at the population for further cultivation and a face in SOOO Friendship of the people.
