Rather settlement period for calculation of an average salary for purpose of temporary disability benefit

The text of the letter of Department of policy of the state social insurance of Ministry of Labor is provided in article and socpolitiki Ukraine which explains an order of definition of the settlement period for determination of the amount of payments to the worker in a place to temporary disability (sick-list).

Average salary for grant payment in connection with temporary disability ischis­lyaetsya according to Order of calculation of a sredyony salary (income) for calculation of payments on obligatory state socialno­mu to the insurance, the approved resolution Kayobineta Ministrov Ukrainy from 26.09.01 of No. 1266, with the changes brought by the resolution Kabineyota Ministrov Ukrainy from 22.02.06 of No. 193 (further – the Order).

The settlement period for which the sredyony salary of the insured person for op­laty a disability leaf is estimated, the period of work on the last primary place of employment before approach of insured event is, during koyotory the insured person worked and uplachiva­lo insurance fees or for it were paid insurance fees. If the insured person in the settlement period was all month in holiday (annual, dopolniyotelny, in connection with training, without salary preservation, etc.) (the point "a" of your question), this month isn’t excluded from settlement peri­oda and at calculation of an average salary for charge of insurance payments calculation joins the awards added in this month and financial supports from which insurance fees, within the maximum size of a monthly zarabotyony payment are paid.
