In article "Ukrmetrteststandart" is told about quality of juice of the Ukrainian producers, according to results of the research which has been carried out by the All Ukraine state research center of standardization, metrology, certification and protection of the rights of consumers.

Quality of juice and sokosoderzhashchy drinks of the Ukrainian producers presented in the Ukrainian market, much higher, than at production of foreign colleagues. Results of the research which has been carried out by the All Ukraine state research center of standardization, metrology, certification and protection of the rights of consumers testify to it "Ukrmetrteststandart".
According to results, from 6 units of tested production of the 4th Ukrainian producers only one contained preservatives and any – synthetic dyes. Juice of the 3rd foreign producers contained preservatives, and some – and dyes.
So, the center selected 6 juice of the 4th such Ukrainian producers, as JSC MST Region (nectar cherry, a berry juice "Wild berry" and garnet juice), by JSC Vinnifrut (carrot and apple juice with sugar and pulp), JSC Odessky konservny zavod detskogo pitaniya (multivitamin juice with pulp pasteurized), JSC Sandora (multivitamin juice with pulp "Sadochek"). In testing also foreign producers took participation: "Topbass Building" (Korea; drink from natural orange juice with orange slices), JSC Belgorodsky molochny kombinat (Russia; sokosoderzhashchy drink from a cranberry), JSC Sharg (Azerbaijan; juice garnet natural not clarified).
Results showed that preservatives, namely sodium benzoate, garnet juice of one Ukrainian producer – JSC MST Region (19,4 mg/kg) contains, juice of the Russian company "Belgorod dairy combine" (36 mg/kg), the Azerbaijani producer – 404 mg/kg of benzoate of sodium and sorbinovy acid of 246 mg/kg. Production of the Korean producer didn’t contain some preservatives, the content of dye – 5 mg/kg however was revealed.
Benzoate of sodium (E211) is preservative of foodstuff. By data "Ukrmetrteststandarta", a soderzhdaniye of benzoate of sodium in juice isn’t allowed.
