Interview to farmer N. Kundenko.
Our conversation with farmer N. Kundenk began with news … the sports. It long time worked as the PE teacher at Kukushkinsky school to which gave about thirty years, lifted sports in sovxoze "Dobrynsky". Among his pupils there are players of the highest football league: sons Gennady and Alexander played for "Tavriya", for Kharkov "Meyotallist". With pride he speaks about Dmitry and Oksana Brovkinykh, Anatoli Yurchik which works as the trainer in Russia.
But the surprises of the reorganization which have broken not one destiny by a lack of money, a nepriyokayannost, strangely enough, only helped self-expression of the Siberian (it comes from the Omsk region), strengthened his vital positions.

From here N. Kundenk’s way – the farmer, the grain-grower began. And it is work all night long, without days off and holidays.
Earlier inhabitants of the village trusted it education of the children, now with the same trust leased it the ground shares. At the expense of rent the earth area considerably increased in an economy.
The field pleases the eye: crops of wheat, barley, sunflower amicably rose, vegetables went to growth. For more effective use of irrigated lands plans construction of a drop irrigation.
The main direction in a farm – grain. Wheat poseyano 460 hectares, barley – 575, sunflower – 85.
The zealous owner knows that for receiving good harvests in a zone of risky agriculture where the Razdolnensky area is located, it is necessary to fulfill strictly agrotechnology requirements, to introduce fertilizers, in due time to carry out pest control, diseases, weeds.
To data, despite young age of FH, here managed to achieve positive results. So, on productivity came nearer to srednerayonny indicators – 27 centners from hectare. Not bad. In it a merit Zvyaginykh, the father and the son, brothers Zadoynykh.

- It is necessary to experiment and look narrowly at what of the agrotechnical receptions recommended by a science, and in what conditions guarantees the greatest return. And first of all we began a pochvouglubleniye, gradually finished the arable horizon to 25 centimeters. Now we plow on such depth. It improves an air and water mode of the soil, creates more favorable conditions for development of plants and kills a weed. Special care in an economy – a steam field. Here it is the real black steam. For years of managing on the earth two Field combines, the GAZ-53 car, a MTZ tractor, pochvobrabatyvayushchy, equipment are acquired by the farmer. Rural work is hard, it is necessary to count generally on own forces. However, at the beginning of a year received from the state budget the grant for sowing winter, prepared a package of documents on obtaining the grant for sowing of summer cultures and having sat down on irrigated lands.

Nowadays work at N. Kundenk boils, every minute on the account. To only the real worker under force to carry out, supervise tens affairs at the same time: to be in the field where processing summer is conducted by herbicides, to ensure functioning of a dozhdevalka, to accept diesel fuel, to glance to tractor operators, combine operators. And here the next care – a zernotok approaches. Took away for creditors in SPK "Dobrynsky" are long. Where to put future crop? Where to earn additionally grain? Where it will rest in bed, gathering a gluten where to clear seeds, In former years stored grain on a current in with Botanical, on private barns. But such transportation – a field – a current – and back – is economically unprofitable. It is sure that Nikolai Afanasyevich with his energy persistence will find a way out of this situation. He is full of optimism, believes that Cuckoo will rise and work will be for all fellows villager. It gives it the work, in it sense of his life.
