Grade wild strawberry Queen Elizabeth at us in the Dzhankoysky area, at least, started to grow up rather recently, in the district, at itself on a country site, our known gardener Nikolay Fedorovich Maksimov and we with the husband at itself in Roshchino.
According to the description, Elizabeth the second, it not a grade, and a grade clone Queen Elizabeth, inherited from it very large, even is larger, than at a uterine grade, berry, a remontantnost, and fructifies to the late fall, powerful bushes.
I do not know as this clone at Nikolay Fedorovich proved to be, after all a lot of things depends on a condition of the soil and other conditions of cultivation, and at us on a site it proved as follows. Were both powerful bushes, and fructification till the winter. A word all as at a uterine grade. Here only berry which to 130 grams in weight on 10 grams would be larger, than at Queen Elizabeth, something didn’t notice. Yes, was large, over 100 grams, but it within a uterine grade. But once again I will make a reservation, any special conditions of a vyrashchianiye were probably necessary.
However one superiority which is very attractive both for us and to Maksimov as it and we mastered cultivation of saplings of wild strawberry in glasses without depriving from a parent bush, we noticed – longer moustaches. For us it is very important. After all it is possible at bigger distance, without being confused in "thickets", to arrange ryadka of sprouts put in glasses.
