The decision of Cabinet council of Ukraine is provided in article concerning the Concept of the State target program of creation of the wholesale markets of agricultural production.
The cabinet council of Ukraine approved the Concept of the State target program of creation of the wholesale markets of agricultural production. The state target program, which performance it is calculated on 5 years, has for an object to develop and introduce the effective mechanism of realization of agricultural production producers of all forms of ownership, to increase quality of agricultural products and to improve an ecological situation. According to KMU Order from November 19 2008g. No. of 1447-R, the Ministry of an agrarian policy is appointed by the state customer of the Program. Minagropolitiki together with Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations, the Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences should develop and submit to three-months term to Cabinet council of Ukraine the draft of the State target program of creation of the wholesale markets of agricultural production.
