In the winter in this seaside village, life as though calms down. But it as to the population. Being in the territory the state agricultural enterprise, village council, FAP, school, kindergarten function in a usual mode.
Morning of the head of the Village Soviet of K.Kurunin begins with the solution of social problems, and in the village there is a lot of them. Main – sewer network and treatment facilities which are on balance of a health resort "Zenith". And it doesn’t consult with operation of networks. Frequent rushes of pipes turn streets into sewer drains.
With power supply too similar situation. The substation established many years ago at the rate of 3 kW on a farmstead doesn’t provide requirement of the population, especially during the summer period. For installation of new substation 100 thousand hryvnias are necessary. This sum is too expensive for the population of these streets. The part of households is redeemed by Russians, and they only guests during the summer period.
The first problem can be solved by transfer of water supply and the sewerage to a municipal property over what now the village council and works.
No, speak the future without the present. And future is a younger generation which demands attention and care today. In particular, the kindergarten accepting kids, demands capital repair. And here without financial support from the budget of the republic not to manage.
The village school Sea can’t be carried to number of "ancient". The building is constructed in 1982, and the premises of old school are converted under a hostel for teachers and the technical personnel. Now it is privatized that solved one of the most acute problems of rural teachers – housing. However when updating shots this question again will ripen, though the state farm helps with the decision it, allocating housing in the hostel. By the way, the state farm and to pupils helps. At school Sea children from three villages are trained. Specially allocated with the state farm management the bus delivers children to occupations from Gromovk’s villages and Entre Rios. Since 2002 the school is transferred to independent heating. But the boiler room constructed here, already needs reconstruction.
By the way, school in Sea one of the few in the Crimea where there are classes with training in the native languages. It is necessary to note that the unique class in the region of esthetic education here operates.
Despite various difficulties and problems, teachers of this school continue to bear to children about what we so often began to forget – reasonable, kind, eternal …
The next difficult question for village council remains ground. Persons included in a waiting list on receiving sites about five hundred people were taken. The question rested against updating of the General plan of building of the village, and it – in financing of works. At the next session it is a question it will be considered. During this period the Village Soviet finishes inventory of earlier allocated sites in Sea and Gromovka. Supervises beregoukrepitelny works carried out by builders.
Solves the Village Soviet and the current questions – assists school, an ambulance station (by the way, there it is established the new expensive stomatologic equipment), finances trips on sports competitions, organizes rural holidays, is engaged in gardening, street lighting, a sanochistka. Pine saplings were quite recently landed, is planned to plant trees and shrubs in the territory at the Temple and an ambulance station. With street illumination of problems isn’t present. In houses new counters are established. For export of a waste the garbage truck is acquired.
And than during this period the agricultural enterprise – GP "Sea" and its director I. Ishchuk is engaged. In wine growing, thanks to favorable weather conditions and work inogradary, comes to the end a grapevine scrap. On winery technological operations on production of wine materials in a usual mode are performed. Realization of the table grapes which is storing in the refrigerator comes to the end. Unlike other farms of the region, "Sea" not so suffered from frosts. It is ahead of schedule on vintage. It is undertaken economically stably. Surcharges for an experience and "medical" to a vacation pay are still provided. By the way, but these purposes last year the economy spent more than 480 thousand UAH. More than 400 people were provided with fuel at preferential prices. Annually more than 400 thousand UAH go on the maintenance of a boiler room. The trade-union organization and administration are engaged in development of a koldogovor which will be accepted soon.
At the same time, in the state enterprise not everything is cloudless. Problem there is a sphere of material security. The matter is that in February, 2006 the Cabinet council the resolution obliged all public industries to carry out purchase of raw materials, fuel, materials only on tender system. Last year the state farm till February concluded everything contracts on deliveries, and the tender system didn’t concern it. Now it is necessary to observe this most difficult procedure. To create the tender commission, to train her members in commercial and industrial chamber.
