In seven months (January-July) of the current year in all categories of farms, in comparison with the similar period of 2007 production of milk increased by 1,3 thousand tons (for 0,6 %), meat – on 8,7 thousand tons (8,3 %), eggs – on 68,7 million pieces, wool – on 187 tons (20,7 %). And in agricultural enterprises of the republic all operational performance raised? except for production of milk: it decreased on 2,6 thousand tons (10,2 %).
Reduced animal husbandry production all categories of farms in Black Sea – by 7,6 %, Dzhankoysky – for 6,1 %, Saksky – for 2,7 %, Bakhchsarai – for 1,5 % areas; in agricultural enterprises of the Soviet area production of cattle-breeding production is reduced by 50 %, in Black Sea – for 28,6 %, Saksky – for 28,1 %, Dzhankoysky – for 27 %, Nizhnegorsky – for 25 %, Simferopol – for 18,2 % and Krasnogvardeysky – for 19 %.
Volume of production of milk decreased because of reduction on 1,9 thousand heads of a livestock of cows in agricultural enterprises of the republic, number them for reporting date makes 9,7 thousand heads.
The greatest reduction of a livestock of cows SPK "Emerald" allowed, JSC PZ Krymsky, SOOO Friendship of the people, KATP "Jankoi", SOOO "Promin", AOOO Soviet Ukraine.
Example: Head of an economy. Cattle and bird realization on slaughter in live weight decreased to level of last year: in the Razdolnensky area – for 66,7 %, Dzhankoysky – for 2,5 %.
One of the reasons of decrease in volume of production of meat is violation of technology of cultivation of young growth of all animal species. In the majority of farms of the Lenin area daily average additional weights on cultivation also fatten pigs make from 11 to 76 grams, and in SPK "Tavry" of the Soviet area – 57 grams.
Agricultural enterprises of the Simferopol, Saksky, Krasnogvardeysky areas are engaged in industrial production of eggs in the Crimea. They are made to 97 % of gross production of eggs in the Republic. In insignificant quantities them make in Nizhnegorsky (in 7 months 2008 made 0,3 thousand pieces.) and Pervomaisk (0,1 thousand pieces) areas.
Production of wool in all categories of farms reduced only in the Nizhnegorsky area – by 4,4 %, agricultural enterprises reduced volume of production of wool: in the Simferopol area – for 53,5 %, Leninsk – for 47,2 %, Belogorsky – for 22 %, Dzhankoysky – for 14,5 %, Nizhnegorsky – for 5,1 %.
Decrease in production of wool in the listed areas is caused by reduction of a livestock of sheep. For January-July, 2008, in comparison with the similar period of 2007, it was reduced in agricultural enterprises of the Simferopol area – by 77,4 %, Leninsk – for 43,2 %, Dzhankoysky – for 18,2 %, Belogorsky – for 17,2 %, Nizhnegorsky – for 7,3 %.
Situation in dairy cattle breeding
At calculation of cost of gross output in 7 months of the current year it is established that gross production of milk in agricultural enterprises makes 89,8 % to similar level of last year, and production of gross production received from cattle and bird cultivation – 97,9 %, including from: cattle – 79 %, sheep – 82,1 %, birds – 98,5 %, pigs – 104,4 %.
In July of the current year check of engineering procedures and the organization of works on dairy and commodity farms of agricultural enterprises of Lenin and Dzhankoysky areas on rendering of services to the population which is going in for animal husbandry in a number of village councils was organized. It was revealed that in SPK "Initiative" and "Lakeside" of the Lenin area number of cows within 100 heads.
Example:
On a farm in SPK "Lakeside" (the head of an economy S.I.Andrikevich) fatness of cows average and below average, repair telka of different age are realized to the population and not selected for repair of the main herd, productions on a farm are carried out in manual, a salary of milkmaids of 400 UAH., juicy forages in an economy aren’t present, a main type of a forage – pastba. There is a uterine livestock by homebrew bulls.
On SPK "Initiative" farm (the head of an economy I.I.Kolomeyko) the livestock of cows is fed only at the expense of a pasture, a sanitary condition of a cowshed the unsatisfactory. In the current year the milking machine and the refrigerator is started up in operation. The repair young growth a telok of different age is realized to the population.
In both cases on farms capital constructions and rooms, the territory of farms with a firm covering are empty.
It is necessary to note that in the checked 3 village councils of the Lenin area with existence of a livestock of cows in everyone from 300 to 600 heads work on insemination of cows and a tyolok, and also complete identification of animals isn’t organized. In herd of cows 10 bull-calves in live weight of 200-250 kg were number of 100 heads of the village the Red hill. What quality the young growth can be received from such producers?
In a breeding loud-speaker KATP "Jankoi" (head V.I.Borisov) from 650 cows remained 150. From the general livestock of cows of 80 % it is inseminated on 3 and to the 4th time, the herd demands immediate veterinary intervention. Equipment of artificial insemination who took prizes at republican competition, reduced, having assigned duties to a vetfeldsher. As a result only on insemination of 89 heads the economy loses 2544 UAH. The young growth of all age isn’t weighed, as a result, according to the report on movement of animals, tyolka of the 2006th year of birth in number of 20 heads have average weight of 153 kg, fodder cows – 350 kg (it is weight a tyolok at insemination). In day of check to tyolka 6 months green forages the first time are more senior brought only to 12 o’clock in the afternoon. The young growth till 6 months is struck lishayom, healthy and sick animals are in one base the whole day right in the sun as the room is closed in the afternoon, the trough for water doesn’t wash for months – dirty. The cattleman on duty was absent. The remained livestock is placed at considerable distance (100-200 meters) that doesn’t give possibility in due time to supervise a skarmlivaniye of the concentrated forages and agenda observance on a farm.
Today in the Republic only 48 farms go in for dairy cattle breeding. From them only in fourteen production of milk it is profitable. If as a whole on the Republic nady on a cow in 7 months of the current year made 2078 kg that in: SOOO Friendship of the people – 3316 kg, in JSC Partizan - 3182 kg, in No. agroshop of 49 – 3101 kg, ChSP "Valley" – 2993 kg, in YuF "KATU" NAU – 2891 kg, in UOPPZ to them Frunze NAU – 2774 kg, in No. agroshop of 62 – 2708 kg, in JSC Shirokoye - 2495 kg, in JSC PZ Krymsky - 2179 kg.
In JSC Partizan 20 of 400 the cows with a yield of milk of milk of 8 thousands kg, are realized milk on 2,8 UAH. for liter, and about November 1 of the current year the contract on milk realization on 3,2 UAH is signed. for 1 liter.
Prospects of development of branch
Financing
For situation improvement in dairy branch from the government budget of Ukraine financial support in the following directions is allocated:
1. For a gain of a livestock of cows at the expense of own reproduction – 3 thousand UAH. on the head (in 7 months mastered in Pervomaisk the region of means of SPK "Dokuchayevsky", SPK "Georgia" and state farm plant of May 1, in the sum of 55,3 thousand UAH.). For the bought breeding netel or cows of the dairy direction of efficiency (3 thousand UAH. on a cow) SPK "Georgia" mastered means in the sum of 70,7 thousand UAH.
On purchase breeding a tyolok of the different age which have been grown up by the population of the Republic, 835 thousand UAH were allocated. (5 UAH. for 1 kg of live weight). Means still don’t accustom.
On partial (30 %) compensation of cost of difficult agricultural machinery of national production were allocated with 3,4 million UAH. In 7 months 2008 used the grant three agricultural enterprises which have bought the equipment for total amount of 549,3 thousand UAH. and the 137,3 thousand which have obtained compensation of UAH.
It is necessary to note that means for vysokokonditsionny cattle in Leninsk, Soviet, Belogorsky, Kirovsk, Nizhnegorsky, Razdolnensky and Black Sea areas poorly accustom.
Until the end of the year there were 5 months. The task of all regional public administrations to speed up work on the maximum application of funds from the government budget of Ukraine.
The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea developed the program on animal husbandry development till 2015 in which allocation from the government budget of AR Crimea of 45,7 million UAH is provided. on everyone available for the beginning of year and the cow of the dairy direction kept on the end of the year in all categories of farms at the rate of 500 UAH. on the head; 1,9 million UAH. – on reduction of the cost of artificial insemination of a uterine number of cattle in population farms.
In 2008 all categories of farms it is planned to make: meat (in live weight) – 191 thousand t, milk – 365 thousand t, eggs - 658,9 million pieces, wool - 922,1 t.
Investments
The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea left with the offer in Minagropolitiki Ukrainy to consider the problem development of the initiations of bills providing the obligation of investors renting land lots, to go in for animal husbandry.
In Krasnodar Krai to the Russian Federation the right to a ground lease without performance of a condition of development of one of animal husbandry branches isn’t provided to investors
As of August 1, 2008 on consideration 10 investment projects on reconstruction of cowsheds (transfer to the besprivyazny boksovy contents), construction of hen houses, incubators, a pig-breeding complex, capital repair of cowsheds, in agricultural enterprises of Krasnogvardeysky, Kirov, Krasnoperekopsky, May Day, Saksky and Simferopol areas are presented.
Actually, 3 investment projects in Krasnogvardeysky and Simferopol areas are realized only.

Cabinet council of Ukraine the resolution No. 706 About modification to use Order in 2008 of the means provided in the government budget for development of animal husbandry by which the increase in payments of the grant for 1 kg of live weight for the handed-over cattle and a bird since August 1, 2008 is provided on August 6, 2008 is accepted:
– cattle young growth with 1,9 do2,9 UAH.;
– pigs (except for sows and male pigs) with 1,4 to 2,15 UAH.
– a bird of meat breeds of hens with 0,65 to 1 UAH.
