The author of article tells about experience of cultivation of a soya in poukosny crops; recommends the grades used in these crops.

Weather conditions of a steppe zone of the Crimea allow to grow up successfully a soya not only basically, but also in poukosny crops, after cleaning winter on a green forage. It is possible to consider such crops as an important reserve of increase in production of seeds of this valuable culture. Productivity of a soya in poukosny crops on the average makes 19 c/hectares.
All works on soil preparation under crops on the field released from the main crop (application of fertilizers, a disking or plowing, vlagozaryadkovy watering, introduction of herbicides, cultivation) are carried out to short time, and soya crops – at the end of May – the beginning of June. It is possible to apply sternevy seeders to faster emergence of shoots. If field planning is necessary, it do under previous culture.
For poukosny crops use early ripe grades with the vegetative period of 92-106 days. To such otnosyatsyaValyuta, Kherson 908 and others. In favorable years on weather conditions in poukosny crops successfully use also mid-season grades of a soya. Productivity of a soya of mid-season grades on the average makes 18 c/hectares.
In poukosny crops the norm of seeding increases to 700-800 thousand vskhozhy seeds by hectare. In well paved the way seeds close up more small than the usual – on depth 4-5 see. Under condition of sufficient moistening of its top layer it allows to receive quickly shoots which, as a rule, happen amicable.
