In article excerpts from the Instruction on approbation of high-quality crops of field cultures are offered.
According to the Instruction on approbation of high-quality crops of grain, leguminous, krupyany, olive, spinning crops, long-term and annual fodder herbs, field approbation carry out:
– subjects have seed farmings which by results of the certification which has been carried out by specially authorized by central to the organomispolnitelny power concerning an agrarian policy of Ukraine, with the assistance of the Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences, acquired the right to production and realization of originalnyy and elite seeds – the commission as a part of experts of regional or regional gosseminspektsiya, the staff of department of seed farming of research establishments, the selector on the corresponding culture, in the presence of the representative of an economy.
In need of the commission experts of regional or regional agroformations, phytopathologists of research establishments, specialists of stations in protection of plants can be included;
- in specialized seed-growing farms – the commission as a part of the agriculturist of seed inspection, the agriculturist of management of agricultural industry and the food, in the presence of the agriculturist of an economy and the representative of the organization customer of seeds;
- in reformed and other farms – agriculturists of the same farms, and at their absence, agriculturists of others xozyajtsv or the organizations which have special preparation and the relevant document;
Registration of crops in reformed and other farms is carried out by agriculturists of the same farms.
In approbations of high-quality crops, a crop with which it is prepared in the State reserve fund, agriculturists of the organizations of system of bakeries can take participation.
