Continuous control from the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, regional managements of agroindustrial development of the district state administrations behind a condition of calculations of tenants allowed to provide performance by tenants of contractual obligations 2007goda by calculation for a ground lease as of 01.10.07g. for 84,5 %, for property rent for 89,7 % that above level of last year respectively for 8,7 % and 24,1 %.
At the sum which is subject to payment for a ground lease, made 94,2 million UAH on account of calculation arrived 79,6mln.grn, 31,1 % from them (24,7mln.grn) arrived in a monetary form that above level of last year for 10,6 %.
It is necessary to note that in eleven areas – Dzhankoysky (86,2 %), Kirovsk (93,5 %), Krasnogvardeysky (85,2 %), Leninsk (91,3 %), Nizhnegorsky (92,5 %), Pervomaisk (86,2 %), Razdolnensky (88,8 %), Saksky (87,3 %), Simferopol (85,0 %), Soviet (87,2 %) and Black Sea (85,0 %) calculation is provided at level exceeding srednerespublikanskiya.
With an indicator below an average on the republic calculation for a ground lease tenants is provided: Bakhchsarai - 48,9 %, Belogorsky - 81,2 %, Krasnoperekopsky – 81,0 % of areas.
Calculation for rent of property shares following the results of nine months 2007 is made for 89,7 % that above level of last year for 24,1 %. At subject payment to the sum of 826,7 thousand UAH on account of calculation 741,3 thousand UAH, 42,3 % from them (313,3tys.grn) arrived arrived in a monetary form that above level of last year for 5,6 %; 35,0 %, in structure of payments make calculation by grain (259,4 thousand UAH.), that above level of last year for 12,3 %.
In four areas – Kirovsk (96,1 %), Krasnoperekopsky (93,6 %), calculation is made by Leninsk (93,0 %) and Pervomaisk (98,1 %) at level above an average on the republic, in Nizhnegorsky, Razdolnensky, Simferopol and Black Sea is already completely complete, in Belogorsky (87,2 %), Dzhankoysky (85,2 %), Saksky (60,5 %), Soviet (86,6 %) is made at level below the srednerespublikansky.
For the purpose of ensuring timely and complete calculation of tenants with lessors for a ground lease and property following the results of 2007goda it is necessary for chiefs of managements of agroindustrial development of the district state administrations:
– to continue control of a condition of calculations of tenants according to conditions of contracts;
– to provide: carrying out explanatory work among lessors about need of cancellation of lease contracts of the earth (property) with the tenants who are not conducting economic activity, reclamations of payment of a rent from them in a judicial order.
It is necessary to carry out explanatory work among tenants about need timely (no later than December 10 of this year) registrations of prolongation of available debt on calculations for the current year on following (subsequent) the year (years) in the presence of the objective reasons of breach of obligations of calculation.
Appropriate control, due level of explanatory work, responsibility of tenants for performance of conditions of contracts – here those components which following the results of a year will allow to provide performance by each tenant of the accepted obligations by calculation.
